I first emailed Hayes JCDR an inquiry, and immediately Mark Wong responded. He was very helpful in identifying what it was that I was looking for, and had a couple of Ram 1500s waiting for me when I showed up. WHen I got there, JP Kim helped me test drive one and walked me through the buying process. I ultimately bought the first truck that I test drove. The entire staff was helpful and pleasant and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

I recently purchased a new Chrysler from Hayes in Lawrenceville.
Mark Wong was my salesman. I was very satisfied with the way Mark handled the sale. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really seems to enjoy working with customers and knows his product. I received a price that I am satisfied with.
Darius Jackson handled the paperwork. He also was great to work with. He explained all the different options available without being pushy. I appreciate that.

I've recently moved to Atlanta and was concerned about finding a dealership I could feel comfortable working with. I was very loyal to my last dealer from where I moved and had even considered driving back to purchase my next vehicle. I was online looking around and didn't even realize I had sent this dealership an inquiry about one of the vehicles on their lot. Within 15 minutes, I received a call from JP. It really surprised me! He wasn't pushy in any way, so I decided I'd take a drive over and look around their lot. I was purchasing a car for my daughter, a new driver who had never been behind the wheel of a Jeep. I really only intended to have her sit in a few models and get a feel for which fit her best. A few hours later, I was driving off the lot with a new vehicle. Honestly, I had no intentions of purchasing one but the service I received went above and beyond what I was expecting. I felt I got a very fair deal and didn't have any "buyer's remorse" as I sometimes do when I get home and think about an impulse purchase. I went online later that evening to do more extensive research on the Jeep I had just bought (the one she liked best was not the model I was originally there shopping for) and felt even better about the deal I got.

I would highly recommend stopping by and meeting with JP if you are in the market for a new (or used) vehicle. Even if you're just looking around, there really was no pressure to buy whatsoever!

I went to another dealership closer to my house. They were HORRIBLE. I called Hayes and asked to speak with a sales manager and explained my experience with another dealership, I was a widow and needed honesty, integrity and knowledge of product & fair price. I was assured I would get that at Hayes. Still distrusting after my earlier experience - I made the drive to this dealership met Dave the sales manager who introduced me to Dion Gilbert whom he introduced as "their minivan certified expert". And Dave wasn't kidding... Dion knew EVERYTHING about the minivan - we spent an hour and a half going through every detail, package, differences between the models. There was nothing left but price. Expecting what I got from many other experiences buying a car - I was shocked it went so well without the usually bickering and dickering. I had done my homework on pricing and they were more than willing to match. Wow! I will never go anywhere else for a new car.

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 May 10th,2013. From beginning to the close of the deal the experience was outstanding! Mr. Joe Johnson deserves every praise, raise, and recognition. His Customer Service is the best I've ever experienced, please future customers ask for this man he's the best. The dealership should continue to be the best in the state and possibly the country, the staff, managers all professionally great people. JP was very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. A bit pushy with messages and emails before i came in but that is to be expected I guess. I would recommend him to others.
