My Review of Hayes Truck Group:
They found a fuel delivery problem that 5 previous dealers failed to diagnose. Very thorough and took system completely apart until discovered small cracked plastic fitting. Greg in the service department, took the time to locate the problem and effect the repairs. Most other dealerships live and die by the diagnostic codes. "No codes then there shouldn't be a problem." We had a problem. Greg found and fixed it. In today's world, most dealership's techs. can't find their butts unless they have a code being thrown to help them find it.
