Frank Marinaro at Helms Bros. was incredibly accommodating and willing to do whatever was necessary to make me happy and get me a great deal. I contacted several other dealerships as my old lease was coming due, and none of them were as friendly and obliging. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will look for him again when this new lease is up.

Jason Chen was our salesman and he was both friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and took care of issues as they came up. He was very responsive before, during and after the sale. There were a few things we wanted to be addressed, and Jason got on it promptly and in a professional manner. He made us comfortable with the transaction and I would recommend him highly to anyone. As for the purchase, I feel we got a great deal at a fair price. As noted, there were a few things we wanted addressed on the car, and Helms did so. We are very happy with the purchase and with the experience thus far.

just picked up my pre owned e350 from helm bros they have a very freindly staff from the recepionst {donna} to the sale staff the saleman frank maranio slaesman peter farnio and the sales manager john kunz made me feel comfortable with the whole deal from start to finnish i whould highly recomend that anyone looking for a new or pre owned mercedes go to helms bros.

I came to the dealership interested in the GLK 2013 however after testing the car I was ambivalent. Larry helped me find a pre owned ML 350 that fit all of my needs. He also enlisted John in helping us reach an agreement on a price that was within my range. They really do care about customer service.
