I've cone into Quick Lane a few times w/ problems regarding my car and have never had a bad visit. The staff at Quick Lane have been very friendly, not to mention patient and understanding. When there was a problem w/ some codes that needed to pass in order for my car to pass inspection, the staff kept testing it after I'm had driven my car for what we had hoped to be enough miles to reboot a switch after some repairs for something else was done. When the reason couldn't be found, they took it to another garage where it was tested, and discovered and by my request, took it back to your quick Lane to be repaired. I'm on a tight budget and can't always afford to have work done on my car, but I always appreciate that your staff notifies me of the work needed to be done and the cost before anything is done.

Webster Ford is now Henderson Ford, and I had an excellent experience with them. I ordered a Fiesta through Henderson, and right away was treated very well. I got a great deal on the car, they gave me a lot for my trade in, and I felt much more comfortable than at a competing Ford dealer in Rochester. While I was waiting for my car to be delivered, the communication was great, and they were always able to answer my questions and keep me updated. When my car finally came in, my salesman (Phil) came in on a Saturday and set everything up for me so I could take it home that day. The pick up of the car went perfectly, all the paperwork was in order ahead of time, it was cleaned up, full tank of gas, and ready to go. They did a lot of work to make sure I had a good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Henderson, they were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I love my new Fiesta.

This dealership is a joke.
They tried to scam me for my trade in car.
Be very careful if you end up in Henderson Ford.
Would not recommend this dealership to anybody.
I will use social media to let everybody know about them.
