I was in the market for a used car on a fixed budget. I was approached by a customer service salesman named Wayne. Wayne greeted me politely enough however very curt also. There was never any friendliness or overt caring for my situation from Wayne. We visited more than one of the lots and were told that my price point was too low and that I probably should raise my price to fit their selection. Finally we found a vehicle that fit my needs and my wallet. I test drove the car and I liked it well enough. We went back to the dealership, drew up some papers and I said I would get back to them. I decided to go with another vehicle. After I finished with the purchasing of my other vehicle it was past closing for Hendrick. Hendrick is closed on Sundays - so yet another time I did not want to call. Then on Monday morning I received a call from the salesman that was both rude and discourteous saying that I should have called no matter the time and then was promptly hung up on. The call was short, rude, snide, and scathing. I did not appreciate the tone or the implications of the call. VERY poor customer service in person and on the phone. I definitely won't be recommending this dealership to anyone. Stay away.

We visited the dealership and were instantly greeted by Brian C , he was awesome ! He helped us find the perfect car for us, got the ball rolling and we drove away in our new 2013 car that day ! Next to the worst dealer I have have dealt with. They were typical sales people with no care for the customer. I would never go to them. I visited them for a new car on 3/17 and found dishonesty (not in the sales person...he was great)...but in the Sales Manager and his Maintenance Dept. I am glad I did not buy and I found this out first. My recommendation...they are trying rip off customers. Sad!

Hi Will was very friendly and he worked hard to get me the vehicle and payments that fit my budget. I am glad that I went to this dealership I was not pressured to buy something I did not want or could not afford. I left happy and made a new friend with Will. I would definately recommend the dealership to my friends and family. Will has a very sparkling personality and smile and that makes all the difference in the world.

I always took my old car to this dealer to be serviced because I always had a great experience (thanks Dan and Dory!), so when it was finally time to get a new car I naturally came back. Someone recommended me to Marcus, and I was very happy with his level of service. As a young woman I had never bought a car by myself before and had a lot of questions, and he did a great job explaining things to me and was really very helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all, and within a week I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. I highly recommend Marcus to anyone on the market for a new vehicle.

Every person that I came in contact with when I walked through the doors was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout my entire buying process. I was "checked on" constantly to see if I needed anything and Barry kept my up to date as to what was going on...what step was being taken and the timeframe. Again, I was very pleased with my experience.

I recently purchased a new Corvette and my salesman was Vassilis Gans. Big V is a personable, friendly and knowledgeable fellow who was a pleasure to deal with. Hendricks and Big V was recommended to me by a close friend that has purchased several vehicles from them in the past. We informed them of the vehicle that I was interested in and it was sitting out front when I got there. Big V is very friendly and "down to earth." Big V does not make you feel that there is a rush and he did not cause me to feel pressured in anyway. He let me know that if I ever needed anything all I had to do was call him and he has stood behind it. It was a very pleasant experience. I was pleased with the service from Hendricks and extremely pleased with all the help from Big V.

My experience with Big V this evening was beyond words. Being a first time buyer I was very nervous about the hidden fees and unknown catch. I was recommended to Hendricks through a friend who had high remarks for Big V. I walked right in and immediately felt welcomed. Big V is very knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back person. He is not your typical salesman who is just looking for a check and sale. I would recommend Hendricks and highly recommend Big V!!!!
