Reason for Visit: Sales

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Hendrick Honda:
I went to this dealership and I would have to say that I was very disappointed. As soon as I pulled up, there were 3 salesperson standing in front of my car and two of them were smoking. One of the salesperson greeted me and hid his cigarette behind his back. Needless to say, I didn't but a car from them. The price that I received from them was beaten by another honda dealer in Fairfax. I live in Woodbridge, but because of my experience, I will be taking my car to the dealer in Fairfax

Reason for Visit: Service

I recommend this dealer: Yes

My Review of Hendrick Honda:
Excellent service...after hearing horror stories about Fairfax Honda, which, if it weren't for their rather unsavory service reps would've been much more convenient, I tried out Hendrick. Also bought my car from there two years ago, and remember the salespeople being courteous and to the point (gave it to me at invoice, bless their hearts).

I was absolutely astounded by their service and consideration...I brought my car in to get the front struts replaced (I had the diagnostic done at another dealership) and an alignment (requisite after a strut replacement). Admittedly I "tested" them a couple times, seeing if they would try to sucker me into getting more work done than I needed, but they were honest...no tricks and no BS. The service guy knew that I was waiting in their lounge and said it might take 4 hours b/c of the other repairs in queue, but he got me out of there in 3 hours and explained that he diverted a mechanic off of another (drop-off) job to have my car done a little faster. Charged me exactly as estimated, and made me a very very happy gal...even though it's a pain in the butt to get down there, I think the 40-min drive is worth it to get to an honest dealership.
