The car buying experience at Hennessey Honda was very low pressure, informative and an overall great experience. All of the many features of the new CR-V were pointed out, explained, and demonstrated to us. Even the extended warranty information was carefully and honestly explained to us. Throughout this entire experience we never felt pressured or coerced to make a decision. It was a very pleasurable experience . I started my trek finding my next car a few months ago. I looking at what seemed like everywhere & remembered I have a friend who is a mechanic for Honda. Told Andrew what I was looking for & after looking over the used car lot, sitting in the first car he showed me, I knew the Honda Fit was the car for me. Dusty was very patient w/ helping my husband & I pick accessories, answering all our questions, making sure I got an automatic in the color I really wanted, & helping me understand how my car functioned when we picked it up. Stacey was very friendly when I finally came in for the final stretch. She also made it a point to congratulate us on our new car plus make sure we were happy w/ our choice which was really nice. Teamwork was really essential to our purchase after having had a bad previous car experience, & felt very comfortable asking any question. I love my new car!

I checked the Consumer Reports about the best car to buy in my price range (Honda CRV). I called all of the Honda Dealer's in the Atlanta GA. area and Hennessy Honda had the best deal and great service. I had bought my last car from Hennessy Jaguar and received great service.

Another great experience with Hennessy Honda!!! I recently purchased another new Honda Accord from the dealership and could not be more pleased! The service from beginning to the end is OUTSTANDING! Every person throughout the dealership is very friendly and helpful. Tammy Odom went over and beyond with delivering the best service. She has a great understanding of people and what their needs are in purchasing a car. She is very knowledgeable with the products and did an excellent job explaining the new technology. My wife and I purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey through USAA’s Car Buying Service. We worked with Garland Hubbard and I can testify that Garland was nothing short of spectacular. He is extremely knowledgeable and was available to answer any questions along the way. He responded to my emails and calls promptly. Hennessy actually did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock so Garland had to order it (which can be a total pain). The car was delivered in the communicated time frame and Garland kept us abreast of the progress the entire time. There was a minor issue with the car after taking possession and Garland took the lead with the service department to get the situation resolved. Garland is a proficient and genuine sales consultant, and from what I have learned about him on a personal level, he is an even better human being. I recommend working with Garland and would do business with him again if ever in the market for a Honda. You can see from others' experiences with Garland that he is a genuine person and of integrity. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Hennessy since 2005.

My experience at Hennessey Honda was just fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson...Tammy Odom was wonderful!

My husband and I had found the car in your lot on a Sunday & I called the next day & arranged a test drive with Tammy...I made the appt during my lunch hour and she was ready for me when I walked in the door. I told her I couldn't get back in until Saturday morning as I wanted my husband with me and we made an appt for 9:30am. She was ready for us when we arrived with the car spotless & gassed up...all we had to do was the trade in and paperwork. Things went so quickly & with such ease that I didn't even realize we were done when she handed us over to Mike Kavanaugh for the financing...this man has the utmost patience as dealing with my husband (during car purchases) is not easy!! Again, everything was smooth and we were out the door in a short amount of time!

This is the first Honda that I've ever purchased and I will highly recommend Tammy, Mike & Hennessey Honda to my friends and family..in fact, I am now carrying Tammy's business cards with me!!
