My Review Of Henry Day Ford:
Read the reviews..I can't speak to the new car experience, but service..wow. The fact that this dealership is allowed to use the term service is questionable. From the techs to the general manager, Jeremy, I was treated poorly. Jeremy day the 'general manger' said during a dispute, "if you were a better customer we would look into giving you a break, but your not so too bad. I spent 2000 to get my car repaired and the performance was unchanged. I then took it to Larry miller and three hours later the car properly assets and the right parts were on the way. It cost me 600 and the car passed emissions. Henery day wasnt even close to diagnosing the issue. I even went to the extent of having the old parts Henry day 'replaced to see if it would still pass and it still passed emissions and ran great. With this information I went back to Henry day to seek for a refund. They spent more time explaining their how they pay their techs and how Larry miller shouldn't have said anything bad about them rather than listening and resolving. Henry day should practice what they preach...don't bash other dealerships, take a note and learn from Larry millers service department, try being honest. Save yourself some time and clearly money and go somewhere else.
