Anyone that i have ever worked with at the dealership has been very friendly and helpful.They have been very professional and the service deptarment has always taken care of even the smallest detail.As far as pricing is concerned they are as competitive as other dealerships but whar sets them apart from others is the sales people will go out of their way to make sure that any questions or concerns will be satisfactorily addressed.

Igave this dealership five stars because no matter when I call or no matter how busy it is there always willing to take me in. They have picked up and delivered my car to me when I was unable to make it in. The service department always seems to go above and beyond witht here customers. I'm looking to buy a new Audi in the future and I have talked to a couple people in sales and there up front with you right off the bat. All around this dealership is great,friendly, clean, comfortable and efficient. I would most certainly reccomend this dealership to all my friends and family.

My Review of Herb Chambers Audi Burlington:
This is my first experience with an Audi car and its friendly personnel. The car is a great investment and rides like a dream. Since day 1 everyone was so helpful and went out of their way to welcome us into their family. I can't say enough about the personnel at Audi Burlington. Starting with the sales person through the Finance person and ending up in the care of the service personnel. Mr Sullivan has been very attentive to our needs and provided all the answers to our questions about our Audi. They are truely customer oriented and a first class organization.

The whole Audi Burlington staff has been fantastic to work with, but Matt, Al, and Joe make up the dream team! Al Berman was a pleasure to work with in buying my Audi A4, Joe Porter has been a great pointman for scheduling and coordinating service work, and Matt Sullivan never fails to follow up and make sure that my experience at Audi Burlington was everything it could have been. For the best sales, customer service, product support, and overall experience, Herb Chambers Audi Burlington is an easy choice. I will absolutely be going back there for my next Audi!!!

My Review of Herb Chambers Audi Burlington:
I am in sales and fully recognize that business is people. Without the support of my service team I could not be successful. I deal with the people of Herb Chambers for that reason. The service crew knows my needs and always get the last word in... "yes sir!" they keep me on the road and not sitting in a show room waiting. The fact they really push to do things on Saturday for me is tremendous. I have deal with other Audi local dealers. There is no comparison. Matt, Joe, et. all at Herb Chambers/ Service set the bar height with their support for me. Herb Chambers is a name. These are the people that make the name! Herb could not do it alone!! He is fortunate to have both Matt and Joe on his team. I hope they have a home for a long time at HC-A.

The service center at Audi Burlington is top notch!! I can always get an appointment quickly, the staff is super friendly, and they take the hassle out of having to get your car serviced. The overnight key drop is very helpful for those of us who live busy lives. I leased an Audi because it's an amazing car, but I leased from Audi Burlington because of their excellent service.

i hate to be the bad guy here. i never wrote a until now but no one at "TALK TO HERB" which is supposed to be corporate headquarters has answered any of my e-mails and Matt Nichols the sales manager has never returned any of my calls. it's funny you see these commercials on tv with HERB saying we want your business. we're the biggest and the best. we really care about our customers. thats a laugh!!! i purchased a new audi on a wednesday. drove it home approx ten miles. when i returned home i realized that the elders that i transport back and forth were unable to get in the car. (too low). my fault, yes. i called that that afternoon and my salseman said that GEORGE cbambers would help with my problem. the next day the sales manager, MATT NICHOLS, called and said "nothing i can do, the car is used now, i cant sell it as new. (100 miles & 60 was on the odometer when i purchased it. he said i'll give you 33k, i said, i just paid you 38.5k yesterday. he said try yo sell it privately and good luck. the next day, in a panic, i approached his competition prime audi. they offered 36.5k without blinkeng an eye. to this date no returned e-mails from TALK TO HERB, no returned phone calls returned from MATT NICHOLS. bottom line is that i and my wife have been dealing with chambers mercedes for years now and he's lost four repeat customers maybe five. so my message to him was simple " i hope that 6k you wanted to nail me for was worth it compared to the four customers you just lost.

Aggresive pricing, friendly staff, good customer service, willingness to communicate via email, as I did comparison shopping that was not true of all dealerships. Willing to move vehicles around in showroom to allow me to test drive vehicle from showroom floor. Would purchase again from this dealership.

I shopped all Audi dealerships in New England and Herb Chambers Audi Burlington had by far the best prices and knowledgeable staff. I will certainly go back in the future. I was pleased with the service I received from the beginning. I never felt pressure or obligation to purchase.

My Review of Herb Chambers Audi Burlington:
I came in to purchase a new A4 sedan. Josh was the salesperson who was very knolegable and his no presure sales aproach made my buying experence pleasurable. Adnan was the sales manager who was able to get me the best price and the payment that I could afford. When I went to sign my paperwork, Jason was very friendly and offered me the best options for my new car. He was able to keep me in my budget and I was able to buy the Audi Care and Venture Shield for a small increase to my monthly payment. When I was introduced to the service, I was amazed at how easy they made it to come in and drop my car off and pick up my loaner. Also, they have the cleanest service facility that I've ever seen. Over all a most enjoyable experience! I will definitly go back there for my next car.
