Was charged $383 for a software update on a certified pre owned BMW X5 that I have had for a year. Insane price to charge for a job with zero parts and nearly zero labor. Awesome experience , took my x5 to Boston BMW for new tires(very reasonable price) . Plus i like them to take a look at my back seat issue, that keep making noise. I have taken the car to the sudbury BMW tires(very reasonable price) . Plus i like them to take a look at my back seat issue, that keep making noise. I have taken the car to the sudbury BMW four times for this issue, they pretty much say we cannot reproduce it after i explained to them where the noise mostly came from. Standard answer 4 times. Then Samik from BMW service agent took care of it, after i explain to him the same symptoms - He pretty knew what should be checked out. LIke where i pin down to where the issue is, they fixed the AirBag pillar and adjusted the seat lock. Noise is gone. Matt K (i believe he is the manager) and Samik are very good and know their BMW , plus very friend and willing to resolve my issue. Because of them , I am going to start to bring my car there even it will take me an hour to get to boston. This is how you win and keep customers with the brand.
