I had been looking for a Chevy Suburban for my wife for about 2 months. I went into herb chambers not expecting to buy anything and to deal with your typical car salesman. I met Corey Upton and realized not all car salsepeople live up to the negative reputation... Corey was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience a pleasure! Then I met his sales manager Jon who made consumating the deal a breeze! After Jon we met Jason the finance manager- he was easy to deal with and not high pressure at all! The whole expeirence was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I will recommend herb chambers to everyone!

My Review of Herb Chambers Buick Chevrolet Pontiac:
Sal Marullo helped me out while shopping for my 2007 Chevy Silverato. His style and class of salesmenship matches no other. If Sal sold another type of automobile other than Chevy I would buy from him exclusivly. It is not the automobile that counts it is the sales experience that really makes me a loyal lifetime buyer from Sal.

Herb, you really lucked out with such a well educated and all around great guy on your team. I see upper management in his future for sure.

1.)Friendly Sales people--answered all questions without using sale first approach.

I called this dealership because I was interested in a preowned Hummer H3. I then went to the dealership and the Sales Manager Jon put me in touck with Kevin who was great. I decided to hold off for a while,but both Jon and Kevin were great . I would reccommend this dealership. They are very professional.

My grandparents were in search of a new vehicle purchase, so I went with them to assist with this. We were greeted by Keven who was not your typical "car sales guy". He was not only very respectful of my grandparents, but always joking tastefully and has a great genuine smile. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars, but really understood what my grandparents were looking for and had their best interest at heart! I and they really appreciate all the time and effort Kevin took to make them feel comfortable and they are very pleased and satisfied with their purchase. Not only will they be back, but they recommend Kevin and the dealership to all their friends and relatives.

My Review of Herb Chambers Buick Chevrolet Pontiac:
The sales associate and sales manager made the process very easy to purchase my Lexus ES350. Despite being an off brand of that dealership they were educated on all options and functions in this vehcile. Being from across the state I was able to work with them over the phone in order to expidite the process at the dealership. The entire process was quick and easy! The excellent customer service continued after purchasing the vehicle with a follow up from the sales associate. I would recommend Herb Chambers Companies to anyone for their supreme customer service, expertise of their products they sell, and pricing.
