We would recommend this dealership to anyone! My husband & I bought a preowned vehicle recently from Herb Chambers Cadillac. We loved the sales experience, so we were thrilled that our perception could even improve when we dealt with the service department! The check engine light came on and we were in a panic. The service department was nothing but helpful -- they picked up the vehicle and then returned it to us when it was fixed. They were extremely helpful and followed up with us after the appt to ensure we were completely satisfied. This experience made us feel we made the perfect choice by dealing with HC Cadillac and it didn't cost us a thing (time or money).

I have nothing but great things to say about Herb Chambers Cadillac. My husband and I were both extremely happy with the sales process. We knew what car we wanted and we knew exactly where we wanted our monthly payment to be, and we got both. Everyone there was professional and friendly. They even went so far as to bring the car to us so we could test drive it because my husbands schedule is so hectic. We've already recommended the dealership to a few friends & plan on telling everyone what a nice experience we had.

As a single woman, shopping for a car can be very daunting. Every person I dealt with was more than helpful and made the experience stress free and actually enjoyable. I am an educated consumer and I shopped all around, but this dealership exceeded all the others -- price for trade, value for my new vehicle and helpful people to deal with! I traveled from Boston to work with this dealership...because it was worth it! Will recommend it to everyone I meet! Thank you Herb Chambers!
