I highly recommend this dealership. It is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and the staff are not pushy or demanding, but treat the customer with respect. The inventory is vast and once a decision on which car to purchase, the sale goes quick and without incident. Everyone is also very friendly and upbeat. My experience at this dealership was very pleasant.

I bought a Dodge Avenger from Joe at Herb Chambers. I was very nervous about buying a new car but Joe made everything feel easy.

I purchased a new truck from Herb Chambers. The dealership was excellent. Not only did I get great deal, the dealership was upfront and honest. They never pressured me to purchase anything and were extremely courteous. My wife also purchased a Chrysler from the same dealership. Honestly they were great.

My Review of Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Danvers:
This is our 4th Chrysler purchase. From our first visit to this dealership I knew it was THE place to buy our new car. No pressure whatsoever! They could not do enough for us and believe me it was refreshing. There is something to be said for people who look you in the eye while they speak to you. There was no "shmoozing" and "big talking" just good old fashioned honesty. They gave us a great deal and took the time to follow up when they ordered our vehicle. We did not even put any money down and they ordered a car for us with all of our specifications because we were sure we wanted to buy the car from them. We picked up the car lastnight and I am still so surprised at how nice and easy the whole process was for us. It seems as though they are one big family over there and we were more than welcome to spend some time with them. I think these people genuinely want to make people happy and that is what they have done for us.

I whole heartedly recommend this dealership if you are considering buying a car.

What i enjoyed most about this dealership is i never felt under any pressure. Thay were very curtious and understanding. I didnt feel like i was talking to your average dealership. I was a pleasant experiance. As most people i was hoping to get a littler more for my trade but when all said and done i was satisfied and felt i got a fair deal. Thanks to the salesman and the finance manager.

Amazing atmosphere and my sales person was beyond helpful and friendly during the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I really enjoyed how speedy they were in handling my transferring of my old plates and how efficient they where when it came time to actually pick up my vehicle.

I dealt with Steve Guendner who took the pressure out of buying a car which is a very big purchase.
