I have done business with this dealership for several years. It has had its ups and downs, BUT for the past 6 months everything has been perfect. I am treated with respect. The service is prompt and the work is top notch. I am a customer for life.

Outstanding Service! I have been numerous times to the service center and have always been very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the service. The interaction with the management and team members was excellent, cordial and professional at all times. It's nice to see dealership with such great service.

I recently brought my Toyota Corolla to this dealership for a timing belt change. I was greeted by a dapper-looking gentleman by the name of Jeff Krasner. I told him my service needs and asked him to check over the vehicle for anything else I may need. I received a call not long after stating that since my car has a timing chain, I did not need to replace it. Great news! Jeff recommended I have a basic service done- which I did. I am pleased with the service I received and the price was reasonable. I really felt that my car was in good hands. I didn't have to wait around when I picked up my car- like I've had to at other service establishments. And I was treated kindly, as though my patronage was really appreciated. I will definitely use Herb Chambers again and recommend it to anyone needing service. Thank you

The service was exceptional. All issues were taken care of in a very timely manner, with great follow up on Jeff's part. My Review of Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough:
I recently had my Edge serviced by this dealership. From the moment I walked in the building, I knew I had selected the right Ford dealership to do business with. I was greeted in the parking upon arriving by a gentleman wearing a service uniform for no reason. Upon entering the building a nice young salesman held the door open for me then asked me if I need assistance, then directed me to service. I was greeted yet again by a young lady by the name of Carrie. At first when I began talking to her I assumed her to be a receptionist or something. I wasn't being rude, but I was thinking why is SHE asking me all these questions about my car. Shouldn't I be speaking to a man???? Then I realized SHE was the service adviser, and SHE knew all about my car. Overall my experience at the dealership from start to finish was excellent, but not only that Carrie made my trip worth wild. She makes you feel relaxed and at ease when being at a car dealership is the last place you want to be. She explained the entire process and I knew up front what was going to take place with my vehicle. When the problem couldn't be fixed that day, she was upfront with me and honest. I will continue doing business with this dealership as long as I can. She truely brings a new feel to a "mans" department.

Paul Ziffer was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. I knew he was busy but he never made me feel like I was a bother to him. He was very understanding and has a lot of patience with all of my questions. Would definetley go back in a few years to purchase a new car for my daughter!

Went to Herb Chambers Ford after a bad experience at another dealership. We were greeted by Bill Treannie,expecting the usual sales tatics. We could not have asked for a better salesman after looking at a few vehicles we found our baby a 2010 fusion.The sales manger Mike helped us get a great price and the deal was done.The finance department was fast and very imformative. All went perfect great job to all.thanks once again we will send our freinds and family to your dealership

HERB CHAMBERS USED MINI...On 8/21/2009, Joan & Wally Rubin. We drove out to Herb Chambers in Westboro and met Anthony Carlino and there sitting infront of your elegant Infiniti dealership was an awesome yellow mini. Anthony explained to us that it was a used mini He answered all our questions carefully and honestly and gave us the insight
we needed to purchase the mini. We've dealt with many car dealers over the years but none could compare with Anthony. It was so refreshing to work with such an outstanding professional person. Anthony works hard with his clients and we trust him, and I'm sure many others are aware of it. Above all he has a wonderful sense of humor.

After visiting a few other dealerships in the area, we shopped at Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough. Our salesperson, George Asare made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process. And to top it all off, he gave us an incredible price on our new Ford Edge. He even called us several days after we got the car to make sure everything was fine. I highly recomend Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough and George Asare!

What a rip off! They tried to hold onto the new car for two weeks after taking the title on the old car and then wanted more money to release the new car! We are planning to take legal action against this dealership. DO NOT let them rip you off like they are trying to do to us! This dealership should be boycotted and closed.
