There were a few glitches but I really like working with Howie Reske who treated me with respect and gave me a straight up, no 'BS' price. And also I really liked working with Yao Luong, who went the extra mile with personal attention and concern for me.

My Review of Herb Chambers Honda of Boston:
This is my third Honda lease in the past seven years. Two of these leases have been through the Herb Chambers Honda Dealership. Previous leases were for Honda Accords but this time I chose to go with the highly rated 2009 Civic due to the fact that I desired a car smaller then the Accord plus a car offering a little better gas mileage around town. I have had no problems with my previously leased Accords and expect the same or better of my 2009 Civic. Being physically unable to return my 2006 Accord to the Herb Chambers Honda Dealership upon the expiration of my lease, the dealership took care of the delivery of my newly leased car and the turn in of my old car. I am very satisfied with Herb Chambers Honda Dealership.

I had a great experience at this Herb Chambers dealership. I purchased a preowned certified CR-V fully loaded and I am very happy with it. My sales man was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I love my CR-V and have no regrets. Thank you.

Everything about the service here was great. Keith was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgable about the cars and also about the deals they were offering. I had my new car within 24 hours and they handled all the paperwork with the registry so that all I had to do was drive my car home. When I picked up the car Keith went over the whole interior with me and also showed me where to look for additional information in the manual, should I forget anything in the future. He also followed up with me a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new car. I would definately recommend Keith to anyone I know that is looking for a Honda. It was a great experience working with him.

Howie Reske was the manager that I spoke with by phone initially, and then dealt with David Diccio and Don Smith throughout the transaction of leasing a new 2009 Honda Accord Lx. I also had spoken with several other Honda Dealers in the Boston area that said they would not do Herb's ad price of $198.00 PER MONTH. I had COME IN EXPECTING THE WORSE BUT WAS HAPPY AS David and Don Smith offer me two color choices. David followed up in a timely fashion but was never "pushy" in my dealings with him. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a Honda anywhere in Massachusetts. Additionally, I was told to call Don or David to help Schedule my first service appointent.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda from Don Smith and was very pleased with the entire experience. I especially liked the smart pricing and the personal attention I received. I am extremely busy and work out of state during the week so the Saturday and Sunday service hours were also especially important to me.

Will never recommend this dealer! I believe if you want to see how a rookie can be stupid come to Herbs. On my first visit he was asking stupid questions and at the sametime multi-tasking, no not searching for cars, BUT biting his nails or some dry skin off his fingers! Whatelse do you need to get turned down??!!! Please teach your rookies some mannerisms. He kept on asking the same stupid questions like before, during and after test drive like- so why do you like a V6 than a four cylinder etc. I believe, I did more talking and had more knowledge about the car than him. As a matter of fact when I enquired him about a used car on edmunds he didnt have a clue as to how to find it and I finally took the computer and found it out for him??!!! When you go in with a trade obviuosly you know that the car to trade in is not the perfect car so I think one does not have to exaggerate the dents or paint scratches and look from the corner of his eye that I make sure he is examining with minute details. I know my car's defects! Anyways on my first visit the rookie and his senior salesperson (who was experienced and better- I have to admit) could not match my so called 'low ball', Next day Bill asked for an appointment to which I called and checked twice that if only and only if my price is met I am going to come to which he agreed. After work, sitting in traffic for half hour I reach there only to exit out of the showroom furious in 5 minutes. I regretted to have even shown up since they gave another price! Fine if the dealer dint want to sell then why waste a customer's time. If I have low balled then get rid of me not bring me again and talk from the beginning and try spend 2 hours in a row!

Our Salesman, Jose E. Carrasquillo was knowledgeable, respectful. honest and very personable. In no way did he engage in the obnoxious "Hard Sell".

Lascelles Mackenzie, the Financial Officer, could not have been more accommodating and pleasant.

We would never buy a car from any other dealer than Herb Chambers Honda.

They are a class act!!
