My Review of Herb Chambers Hyundai :
Took our 2012 veloster for repair under warranty.. After a little misunderstanding a loaner car was delivered to my house and my car was taken in for repair.. Repair was done in a timely manner and completely fixed.. Bob went out of his way to make sure this process was quick and easy. very accomodating.. Great customer service!! Will definitely go to herb chambers the next time I need service on my vehicle..

Everyone I have ever dealt with here has been wonderful, especially Marty Reardon. It's the second new Tucson I have purchased in Auburn from him. Although everyone is courteous, helpful, and friendly, I think he is the best! I never felt pressured to buy and he always answered all my questions, whether they were silly or not. The price was right and they worked with me on a very negotiable trade in. Thanks so much!

Marty was great from the beginning. He helped me choose the right vehicle and was very accomodating to have my vehicle ready in two days as I requested. He explained the options to me and went over some of then "hands on", which I think is the best way to learn.

This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership and both experiences were very favorable.

I just purchased a new Hyundai Elantra Limited and I love it. Originally they didn't have the exact car I want but once I found it they went and got it for me. Marty was very accomodating and was willing to work with me to get the price right and the options I wanted. I would not hesitate working with Marty again in the future.

I was a first time car buyer so the walk into a store was a little nerve wracking, however his friendliness really put me at ease. He was really patient and extremely knowledgable about cars. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I walked out of the store with a car that I love till this day.

Walking into this dealership was very refreshing. My family were all made to feel welcome. Refreshments were offered and my grandchildren were even given balloons and frisbees. The warmth that was displayed by everyone we encountered was refreshing. The only place I will go in the future is to Herb chambers hyundia in Auburn.
