This was my first car I have ever bought. The whole process was smooth and easy. Anthony did a great job he did not put any pressure on me at all and knew his stuff about cars. If you are going to buy a new car or used car go with Anthony. He knows his stuff and is a great guy! I was PUMPED from this whole experience.

My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti:
Having just purchased a G37x this past weekend, I have to say that this was the most enjoyable car buying experience that I have (and I have had a few enjoyable car buying experiences). I am a "car guy" at heart, and it frustrates me when I know more about the car than the sales rep does. This was absolutely not the case with Anthony. He was thoroughly knowledgable of the car and its's features, and he told me several key things about the car that I did not realize. He also was curtious, entertaining, and a pleasure to work with. Stu Green was also an absolute pleasure to deal with on the paperwork, warranty, etc. I expected that part of the process to be tedious and time consuming, but it was nothing like that. Somehow the team at that dealership has managed to create an environment that is pleasant, efficient and professional, but not pretentious. Every step of the process was made easy - up to and including the quick prep and delivery of the car! Anthony oversaw the entire process, and made sure that every thing that was supposed to happen happened. I was very pleased with the dealership, and with Anthony and Stu.

The car buying experience can be daunting, frustrating, intimidating and stressful. The staff memebers at Herb Chambers Infiniti that I had the pleasure of working with understand this and strive at make this process a rewarding one. Anthony Carlino, the sales associate, was very professional and informative throughout the entire process.

Anthony did a great job in helping me through the process and negotiated a great deal that I thought was fair and equitable for both parties. After the sale was negotiated Pranav Gill, the General Manager, came over to introduce himself and to personally thank me for my business. One truly gets the sense that they care about you personally and value your business.

If the product you are sellig cannot be differentiated from a competitor then it comes down to the ownership experience and the level of customer care and the people that seperate the great dealerships.

From the relaxed enviroment in the showroom to the friendly, warm and welcoming staff, Herb Chambers Infiniti excels in providing their customers with a rewarding experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti to visit them in person to find out how comforting and relaxed the automobile purchasing process should be.

My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti:
I had a great experience at this dealership for two reasons, one expected and one entirely unexpected. The first was that Anthony did a great job describing the advantages of buying an infiniti, and reviewing all of the features of the car. There was no high pressure sales effort, just a good negotiation discussion, the result of which was a very fair price on a 2009 EX 35. In fact, I put down a deposit with every intention of buying my car from Anthony. This leads to the second reason that I rate this dealership, and Anthony, as great. Due to a combination of factors, mainly timing and convenience, I ultimately bought a 2010 EX 35 at a dealer that was closer to home. I was expecting some level of difficulty in communicating my decision to Anthony, and being promptly refunded on my initial deposit. Not the case! Anthony was disappointed, but made a potentially difficult discussion very easy, with immediate refund of my deposit. If you are looking for an honest and ethical dealership/salesman, this is the place to visit.

The employees we worked with at Herb Chambers of Westborough were fantastic(Anthony and Jason)!! Because of their knowledge, dedication and personalities we chose to purchase our Infiniti from them. They made the purchasing process enjoyable and less stressfull than any previous car purchases that we had made. Normally there are not many laughs and fun when going through this process, however Anthony and Jason were quite the entertainers and should consider an opening act on the Las Vegas strip.To sum it up, our overall expeirience at Herb Chambers was wonderful. They were very well informed, answered all out questions, took us seriously and spent a lot of time helping us to make the right decision.

My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti:
Over the years I think I've bought nine or ten cars for my wife and myself. Most of those transactions were either unpleasant or very unpleasant. After looking at new cars for about a month I stopped last week at Herb Chambers Infinity Westborough. Actually, I called first and spoke to Joyce. I was shocked when she gave me a serious price over the telephone. That same day I went to the store and was introduced to Anthony Carilo and the sales manager (Paul I think). After a test drive and a very quick, professional, and friendly negotiation we agreed on a price for a new G37x (loaded) and a value for my trade in.

The closing was September 30, two days later. Anthony handed me the keys (actually the car doesn't need a key) and it was done. Plates, registration, insuance, everything taken care of. He spent an unhurried hour and a half with my wife and I going over the new electronics and operation of the car. He was terrific. If I ever open a business that needs first rate professional sales people I'm comming after him.

I think the best way to describe the transaction is, 100% professional. I would recommend this dealer and Joyce, Anthony and Paul without hesitation.

My husband & I have been Infiniti customers for the past 6 years and we were looking to buy a new EX35. The Infinity dealer in our home town did nothing to win our business. Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, however, did everything – and more – to win our business. The dealership is beautiful and everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone we met took great pride in working for Herb Chambers. From the initial meeting – to driving away in our new EX35 – the overall experience was excellent. They both spent a good deal of time with us and exhibited a great deal of patience (as I changed my mind once or twice!).

I honestly did not think they would be able to put us in a new EX35 with what we could afford – but they did and they did it by being open, honest and making us feel as though we were all on the same page. We will definitely recommend Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough to others. Thank you Anthony & Pranav for making this experience so positive – you have earned our future business! We love our new BLACK EX35!

The Herb Chambers staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. They were quick to offer service and assistance. However, we appreciated the no pressure sales atmosphere from our salesman, Rich, so that we were able to make a decision within our time table rather than that of the dealership. The car buying experience was made a smoother process by the concientious work of our finance person and the general manager, Pranav Gill, who did not remain in his office but offered his assistance and casual conversation. We felt we were offered a fair price on our trade-in and our new vehicle and are happy were our decision. We also appreciated the understanding of the need to shop and test drive with small children and that that can hamper the process. My six year old is particularly grateful for his new Infiniti puppy, Elliot. We would definately reccomend Herb Chambers to others.

My Review of Herb Chambers Infiniti:
I purchased a 2009 Infiniti G37 from this dealership, Paul & Anthony beat Inskip of Warwick price by $1800.00!! Paul arranged for the vehicle to be driven to my home in Cranston, RI for me to view and Anthony did all the paperwork including the registration at RI DMV. My car was delivered to me by Anthony and he reviewed all the features and gave me his cell number for any follow-up questions. This was a customer service team and I appreciate their efforts!
