I went to Herb Chambers Lexus to look at a SUV I saw online. I was greeted by Robert Ross who was extremely professional and friendly. He gave me a tour of the beautiful dealership. He took the time to make me feel at home. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He had a sincere interest in helping me purchase the SUV. He truly knows how to work with customers as well as making the process of buying a car effortless. I also has the pleasure of meeting Scott Brothers who was so professional and an outstanding manager to deal with. I bought the SUV and am completely satisfied. Robert Ross and Scott Brothers are definitely at the top of their class and are a true example of exceptional salespeople. They set a high standard and are truly at the top of the game. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know!

My first experience in dealing with Lexus of Sharon was overwhelming! I could not have been treated any better. Sandra Zeico was most courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel "special" throughout the entire process.I was given a thorough tour of the facility, which I found to be nothing less than perfect, discussed differences in feature functionality between multiple Lexus models, and test drove those vehicles in which I had an interest. She was the consummate professional from start to finish. I was also quite impressed by their pholosophy of relationship building between the customer and a single service contact person. Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon should serve as a paradigm for all other dealerships.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Herb Chambers Lexus. The Sales Rep, Sam Prusak, was so easy to work with and he was very customer-focused. He worked with me on my trade-in and stayed focused on my end goal of staying within my monthly car payment budget. He also looped in the Sales Manager, Rocco Saghbini, when they realized they had a better car (with navigation) on the lot that they were willing to negotiate down the price. I felt I got exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. I was able to pick up my car the following evening. It was a painless and pleasant process.

Sanjay was as helpful as anyone I have ever encountered. He was on top of all our questions, kept me informed right away of the process. Nothing was left undone, I would recomend him to any of my friends, thank you Sanjay. Chambers attention to us while we were there was beyond my expections. After wrecking my car in an accident last year, I was in the market for a new 2013 GS350 and was looking for nearly every option available like ML Sound, Pre-Collision System, Lane Keep Assist etc. and was also looking for a really nice deal . After talking to almost every dealer in New England ( and I am not kidding here), I talked to Mr. Spero Coston at Herb Chambers Lexus and ended up placing the custom order through him. It takes about 4.5 months for Lexus to manufacture and ship a custom order from Japan and based on my 4.5 months of interaction with the dealership , I can safely say that Herb Chambers Lexus ( and more specifically, Mr Coston) are among the best of the best in terms of the overall Lexus purchase experience. Before I tell you why I have reached that conclusion , let me tell you what I experienced at some of the other dealerships in the area.. Lexus of Warwick( Arrogant, Rude behavior ... I was told that they close in 45 mins so I should make an appointment before I come in ) ... Lexus of Northborough ( The ES was more within my price range and and they could work with me to make that happen..even though I wanted the GS), Balise Lexus ( They wouldn't like to place any custom orders and I could pick a car that they had in stock ), Lexus of Watertown (Probably the worst of them all ... I wasted over 2 hours of my time and drove (more than 50 miles each way) to their dealership with my 7 month pregnant wife at that time because I was told over the phone that they had over $4500 in Christmas incentives that I qualified for but I needed to come down that evening.. and after 2 hours of negotiation ,they apologized that I was given inaccurate information and I never found out the price they were willing to sell the GS for).

Mr Spero Coston treated me with respect from the moment I walked in . There were no games , he told me the price he could offer me the car for and it was a fantastic offer for a custom order. I am sure I could have done better if I had picked up a car that they had in the lot but I have not found a better offer in New England area for a custom GS. He was very honest about the time-frame for a custom order and how painful the wait can be (which I totally understand now ). At one point during the four and a half month process, he actually responded to my email even though he was on vacation . Last but not the least , when I finally took the delivery of the car, Mr Coston was supposed to leave for the day at 5:30pm but stayed on for more than 2 hours after his shift ended just to make sure that I was able to drive the car home that day and made sure that he explained all the new features of my car. To me , that is going above and beyond in customer service.

I highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus and Mr Coston and wlll definitely return here for my future Lexus needs(and btw, I think that the 4.5 month wait was worth it for my dream car... the GS is absolutely phenomenal).

In my almost 50 years of purchasing automobiles I have never bought the same make twice nor used the same dealer twice. That just changed. I have never enjoyed a car more than my Lexus. And I've never had a more pleasant experience than I had at Herb Chambers. In addition I had the extreme pleasure of teaming up with Spero Coston to purchase my Lexus. Spero made my buying experience simple, easy, and enjoyable. Spero's insight and knowledge answered all my questions and guided me to my perfect Lexus.

The reason why I gave the rating of 5. Robert made me feel very comfortable he was very friendly from start to finish. He answered all my questioned; no matter how many times I asked the same question. Robert is not just a salesman he demonstrates professionalism,great customer service skills. When my 2007 Lexus ES350 was totaled in an accident the second call I made was to Spero Coston. We have been doing business since 1999 with success and happiness. Spero is the ultimate personificaton of Herb Chambers' Brand of excellence. He listened to my concerns, needs and wants with attentive concern. I consider Spero more than a sales representative, he is more a consultant and advisor to me. He has earned my trust over the last 14 years and I would not buy a car from anyone else.

In addition I always have my car serviced at the dealership and it paid off when the insurance company settled the value of my car.
The service is excellent and very friendly.

My gratitude goes to Spero for selling me a new beautiful ES350 in sparkling white. I love my new car! More important I will continue to sing the praises of Spero and Herb Chambers Lexus for years to come.
