My Review of Herb Chambers Lexus:
My wife and I both love to work with Holly. Getting your car serviced is always an inconvenience; much like going to a doctor, you have to drive there, then wait. However, Holly is so pleasant, competant, and customer-centric that bringing the cars in for service appointments takes almost all of the strain out of the process. We've come to totally rely on Holly for her expert knowledge and advice of what our cars need for servicing. And if Holly has a day off, Frank steps right in without missing a beat and takes great care of us. We are very pleased with the attention that both give us and our cars.

My Review of Herb Chambers Lexus:
Mark is a superb salesman and always delivers a great car at the best price and financing terms that the dealership can offer. He knows what he's talking about, and makes the purchase a pleasurable experience. The most recent car purchased at H.C. Lexus was an ES350 for my wife, which brings the total number of cars purchased through Mark and H.C. Lexus to 4 in the past 10+ years. I'd not go anywhere else, nor use a different salesman.

I arrived at the dealership assuming that the price of the Lexus 350 exceeded my budget. The sales staff worked with me to provide a competitive price on the Lexus and worked hard to reach a price on my trade that allowed me to purchase the Lexus. I enjoyed working with the Herb Chambers team and highly recommend this dealership

My antenna had to be repaired and I was quoted 150.00. Dealer stated was
partially fixed and I had to return. Upon return they charged my 350.00 more
than was quoted. Normal service okay but outside that watch out. Also cancelled
tire coverage still waiting for refund

My Review of Herb Chambers Lexus:
This was the greatest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I was greeted by an awesome sales person, his name was Joe Bere. He was so kind and so friendly. He helped me through the car buying process from A-Z. I cant thank him enough for everything he did. I walked away with the car of my dreams. I think this dealership is one of the greatest I have ever been to, and probably one of the best in the country.
From the 5 star building, to the warm faces, I think this was a truly outstanding experience. Paul Chuna was also very helpful and was such a nice manager, most mangers that I have come across have been pushy and sometimes even rude. Not with this manager, he was willing to take the time and help me work things out. Joe Bere and Paul Chuna are the best in the business and if you ever need a new Lexus or any used car go and see them they will definitely take care of you.
I hope to keep my relationship with them until I either die or move so far away that it would not make sense to buy from them. Even if I moved to California I think I would still try and purchase a car from them!!! Thanks again...

I have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership. The receptionists were extremely friendly, my salesman was so helpful and not pushy at all, and the management went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, even Giovanni Tosti, the General Manager came out and spoke with me! WOW! I was blown away by the customer service and pricing, who would've thought you could get the best of both worlds in one place! They offered me a sandwich and a cappucino while I waited for information and pricing on the vehicle and did not waste my time which is HUGE to me because I have very little of it to spare. I shopped at another dealer closer to my home who wasted my time and played games with me, awful sales tactics, their management disgusted me with the way they talked down to me. Do not go to Lexus of Watertown!!! HERB CHAMBERS LEXUS IS THE WAY TO GO FOR YOUR LEXUS NEEDS!!! Their service department is always on top of things as well! Thank you, Herb, for employing such a wonderful staff of people!!

When I walked into the lot I was greeted by a sales rep he was very down to earth and seemed to know his stuff. The reason I stayed was because right away I felt like I was not at a car lot trying to be sold something but instead with someone who was able to listen and understand my needs. He had a lot of knowledge in the field and instead of pushing something else on me (which has happened to me before and it irritates me when I know what I want to buy) he was able to take what I wanted and really make things easy for me in finding my new car. Of course none of this matters unless I get a price I feel comfortable with :) and I was able to get them down to a price that worked for us both. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a used car from the dealership. I could not have been happier with my experience and my car. The every staff person I meet with (sales, finance and service center) was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I worked with David Richmann. He was wonderful. I was able to complete the entire process in one day. I would recommend this dealership and David Richmann to anyone.

The customer service at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon is second to none. I never realized how easy it could be to buy a vehicle. Everything from the selection and price of the cars to the great service center is truely outstanding. Working with Tim Mullin was a smooth and easy process they had the right car for the right price, I love my 2006 GS300. Thank You Herb for providing such a great experience.

Why anyone would visit any other dealership is beyond me. This place is the Ritz of the automotive business. Everyone is so friendly from the receptionist to Sales staff and management. I will never visit another dealership other than Herb Chambers Lexus.
