My Review Of Herb Chambers Saab of Boston:
We had an 11 y.o. Saab 9-5 SE and Herb Chambers had a great sale on new 2010 9-3s, probably because the 2011s are in. Every single person we dealt w/at Herb Chambers Saab was patient, thorough, and professional. We visited and drove different autos 3 times before buying our new car--and at every step the staff made things work--from John Rogers' initial internet responses and appointment set-ups, Curt's first meeting, Sylvester's test drive, Jonathan's dedicated follow-through and skills as our final salesperson, Alex's warmth even as we negotiated options/figures and our trade-in, Justin's clear financial explanations. At the end of the buying process, we felt good about the results. We'd like to see some women on the staff beyond the traditional receptionist positions; at the same time, we appreciated the racial and cultural diversity. By the way, since driving home our new car, we've returned to the dealership with questions--and Alex and Jonathan were happy to help us. One last note: it's impressive that over these past weeks each individual at this dealership has remembered our names, situation, and conversations without hesitation and without prompts. That attention to detail seems to carry through in each area. Thanks!
