Herb Chambers Saab in Boston was the third dealership we went to to find our car. The first two experiences were horrific, but at Herb Chambers, Sales and Leasing Consultant, Chris Brustas was wonderful to work with! Knowledgeable, professional and overall great to worth with. I am just out of college and have my first real job in the real world. I was looking for a new car for some time but could not find one.
After calling a few dealerships to tell them what I wanted, I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service. I was specific on what I wanted: Volvo, Low Mileage, 2007 or newer. I had dealers putting words in my mouth saying things like, 'i know you mentioned you liked Lexus.' It was very upsetting.
I found this 2008 Volvo on AutoTrader being sold by Herb Chambers. My family has purchased many cars through them before so I felt I would give them a try.
They set up a late test drive on a Thursday night. Stuck with me through my seemingly never ending decision of whether to buy my first car or not that night.
Chris was nice, patient and very helpful. Best part, no BS. He also took time out of his morning to drop the car off for me in Concord, NH which is quite a drive from Boston, free of charge.
My family and I are tremendously thankful to Chris and the Herb Chambers Saab staff for everything they did. Their customer service far exceeds any business that I have ever interacted with. This was the best first car purchasing experience I could have asked for.
If I am in the market for another car someday, I will definitely seek out Chris to help me out.
I highly recommend this awesome group of people.

I am very impressed with this dealership and it personnel. I have been going to have my Saab service there for quite sometime and have been extremely pleased. The service department will always have a loaner vehicle. Their prices for service of the saabs is extremely reasonable and highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I purchased by used SAAB from this dealer and I take it back there every time I need service. All of the service team is great, but I have to say that Davit Petrosyan is one of the best service consultants I have ever dealt with. He is always friendly, helpful and treats you like you are his best and only customer. I recently had major service done and the following week, I thought I heard a noise/vibration in the front end. I took it back to the dealer and Davit had the car completely checked, and although they couldn't find a problem, they had the tires re-balanced just to be sure. No charge, no questions asked. It is a pleasure to visit this dealer and I can assure you that I will go to this dealer first when it comes time for my next car.

My wife and I were in the market for a used Saab and went to Herb Chambers in Boston because of the large selection we saw on the internet.

Jonathan helped us around the lot and we took several cars for a test ride. He was professional and easy to work with. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient. We also liked the no haggle policy that Herb Chambers uses for there used cars. We bought a 2010 loaner with very low mileage and couldn't be happier.

Our impression of this dealership is that they are trying hard to make buying a car as painless as possible, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

i came to SAAB looking at a used Volvo. I wasnt impressed w the volvo and actually was dissapointed. The salesperson, Jonathan enthusiastically
introduced me to SAABs which i would have never considered on my search for a new car. After learning about them and their high quality, I slowly became open to considering taking one for a test drive. I did not purchase my vehicle at herb Chambers for the sole reason I just didnt like the color of the used 9 3 they had avail. but i did purchase a SAAB at the Acton dealership. I would never have bought a SAAB if it werent for Jonathan being so excited about SAABs and encouraging me to give them a chance , for which i am so grateful.
I didnt particularly love my exp. at Acton, but i love my car and will for sure go to herb Chambers for my next SAAB. I just think they are great!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Saab from Herb Chambers. The entire experiance was great. It was also alot quicker than the last few cars I have purchased at other Saab dealerships. Jonathan Yeshulas and Alex were excellent to work with. True professionals. The computer systems they used provided a transparent car history and facilitated quick and easy in-house financing. I was able to get a very competitive interest rate. Joe from the service department took time to speak with me regarding the car I was purchasing. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Saabs.
I also brought in my other Saab for service and every thing went very well.
The Staff at Herb Chambers Saab really make the dealership!

We had an 11 y.o. Saab 9-5 SE and Herb Chambers had a great sale on new 2010 9-3s, probably because the 2011s are in. Every single person we dealt w/at Herb Chambers Saab was patient, thorough, and professional. We visited and drove different autos 3 times before buying our new car--and at every step the staff made things work--from John Rogers' initial internet responses and appointment set-ups, Curt's first meeting, Sylvester's test drive, Jonathan's dedicated follow-through and skills as our final salesperson, Alex's warmth even as we negotiated options/figures and our trade-in, Justin's clear financial explanations. At the end of the buying process, we felt good about the results. We'd like to see some women on the staff beyond the traditional receptionist positions; at the same time, we appreciated the racial and cultural diversity. By the way, since driving home our new car, we've returned to the dealership with questions--and Alex and Jonathan were happy to help us. One last note: it's impressive that over these past weeks each individual at this dealership has remembered our names, situation, and conversations without hesitation and without prompts. That attention to detail seems to carry through in each area. Thanks!
