I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I do not like being put on hold or transferred multiple times, and I felt that the person I was speaking with did everything possible to minimize the amount of time I spent on hold/waiting. Overall, I was impressed and would recommend the dealer to others.

This place has a very friendly staff and made me feel comfortable. Got me a good deal and weren't too pushy. I definitely recommend this place - best of all the Toyotas in the area. Shopped around for a Corolla or Prius and this place was the best.

I was treated so well here. It was an amazing experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Friendly service and all of my questions were answered. Most professional procedure i have ever endured. Satisfied 100%. Herb Chambers has just earned a customer for life. So helpful anytime I came in or anytime i called, every question was answered and every qualm was reassured with the best of care and concern. I love my car and am extremely happy :)

I received a factory recall from Toyota and scheduled an appoinment with Toyota Of Boston. Normally, I do not go to the dealer and was pleasantly surprised by the professional atmoshpere at this dealership. They took care of the recall, did a safety inspection, and informed me that everything was fine with my Toyota. They indicated that my brakes may need some attention in about 5,000 miles and they would follow up with me in the future. It was not what I expected of a dealership. I will go back when I need service.

I had been looking to lease a Rav 4 for the past few weeks and had been in contact with a few other dealerships through the internet. After being told one thing on the phone or through email and having the story change when I would get to the dealership, I was about to give up my search. Thats when I contacted Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston...
I had been dealing with Jillian over the internet and got a very quick response from her with a monthly payment as well as what I would need to pay up front. I finally went into the dealership and was greeted by the very friendly receptionist and offered an apple, I declined jokingly saying that I only ate Fuji apples she laughed and said that she would see what she could do. I was very happy to find out that everything she had told me on the phone, from payment to colors, was true!
I sat with C.K. and he went over some of the features of the vehicle and went over the paper work with me. I told them I wanted to get the car as soon as I could as I was so excited to finally find a car. They told me I would be able to pick the car up the next day.
When I went in the next day to pick up my car, I was very surprised to see that the receptionist had gotten Fuji Apples for me!! CK went over every feature of the vehicle with me and even helped me sync my phone to the car's bluetooth!!

With such great and honest service, I do not see why anyone would go anywhere else!!!

My Review of Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston:
I went to Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston to look at different vehicles. I traded a Saab and received a great deal on a lease for a 2009 Toyota Prius, which I did not think I would have purchased, but after speaking with the Sales Manager and Sales person, I really liked the Prius. I was able to test drive the vehicle and the sales person was great in showing me all the options and equipment that came with the Prius. I just love the car!

I have been back since to Toyota of Boston and was treated the same way in a courteous and friendly manner as I was on my first visit. Everyone greets you with a smile and will stop to say hi or ask if they can get you anything.

I have and would recommend this location to anyone that is interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

I was traveling with my family from Virginia through the Cape and Boston area. It had been about a 650 mile trip so far and before heading home, I wanted to have my car serviced to make sure everything was running smoothly. I found your dealership and was was warmly greeted my Timothy Rinaldi who recommended we have the tires rotated, tire pressure checked. fluids checked, and oil changed. Upon completion of the service, he shared with me that everything look great and that the car was running well. The reassurance I had when leaving the dealership allowed me to relax as I headed on our 650 mile trek home. The professionalism and quality of service at Herb Chambers Toyota in Boston left me with a great sense of relief and comfort in my choice of service locations. Thank you, Timothy Rinaldi and all the staff at Herb Chambers for a great experience!!

My Review of Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston:
Herb Chambers best price guarantee is a fraud. I had a legitimate offer
on a toyota tacoma per Boch Toyota. It was, however, not the color I wanted.
Jillian(the sales woman) said she would match the legitimte offer and did not. At that point she developed an attitude. Herb Chambers dealership plays the deceptive games that have come to be expected when carshopping.

If looking for a car and you are given a copy of Herb Chambers Best Price Guarantee certificate, just throw it away it is a worthless piece of paper that guarantees
absolutely nothing.
