My Review of Heritage FIAT:
Became interested in a Fiat after seeing they mereged with chrysler. Owned a Fiat in the past, a 1970 850 sport coupe, and was very pleased with that particular vehicle, and decided to get another when the oppurtunity arised. Found this particular dealership at the end of february and spoke with saleman Hart. He was very knowledgeable in his field, kept in touch with me through the entire process; ordering-delivery. Pick up my vehicle April 23rd, and everything was exactly as discussed. Tony's professsonalism was went far and beyond my expectations. The experience was pleasent and I felt valued as a customer, and would reccommend with out hesitation. I am pleased and excited to own a FIAT again!!!!

Tony was great. He was very well versed on the Fiat product. He was able to answer all questions asked of him, very willing to work for the customer and made my buying experience memorable. My Review of Heritage FIAT:
My husband, sister, brother-in-law, and I were in the dealership on 3/3/12 just to see what the Fiats are all about. Our sales consultant was Charles Smith and he was excellent in taking the time to explain the differences between all three models in the showroom and let us sit in each one to feel the differences. He was courteous, relaxed, friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and professional. We mentioned that we were not interested in buying a car anytime soon (which at most dealerships the salesperson would have practically pushed us out the door for wasting his time) but Charles still took his time with us and did not pressure us in any way. After we came back from the test drive, Charles even said he would help us locate another make and model of car if that is what we decided to buy. How awesome is that?! If anyone is interested in the Fiats, please make sure you ask for Charles when you arrive. He will take excellent care of you!

We have had our Fiat Pop for a month and we love it. Tony went out of his way to get our payment where we wanted it and the car that we wanted. Justin and Bryan were just as friendly and helpful as Tony. This is the second wehicle that we have gotten from Heritage Mile One. We would highly recommend this dealership..

My Review of Heritage FIAT:
Right off the bat, let me say that I’m a Honda girl. But I traded in my less-than-one-year-old Civic for a FIAT. Specifically? The POP model. I’ve had more fun driving this little mint chip (yes, I bought the green girly color - verde chiaro - which is actually one of the original colors of the FIAT waaaaay back when, the other being mocha latte.). It hugs the road, it’s easy to steer, the stick shift is a nice fit for my hand: not too big, not too small, I don’t need mega muscles in my left thigh to push in the clutch and I can see clearly out of every side of the car. It’s small but I feel safe and secure while driving on side streets as well as the highways. Even in winds gusting up to 45 mph, I never felt the car try to wander off the road. The interior warms up quickly on cold days, which is a major plus for me. I could continue but the best part of this little POP is the gas mileage. So far I’ve averaged 38+ miles to the gallon which means, being an average, I’ve exceeded 40 mpg at times. The price is right, as well.

All good reasons to take a second look at this car and drive one off the lot.

Now for the down side. I have to make sure I look my best when I drive this car, even if I’m just driving up the street to buy milk and eggs. Why? Because I get so many looks, which always come with smiles. OK, so they’re looking at the car. . . The other down side is that for the women who have asked me about the car, I have to remember all the color schemes the FIAT boasts for their three models. For the guys? I’ve had to learn and remember all the specs. Ugh!

There are not many dealers yet who sell the FIAT but if you are seriously, or not even seriously, considering looking at one, test driving one and buying one, go to Heritage AutoPark FIAT in Owings Mills, MD. You will not be treated better anywhere. I’ve bought many, many cars since I turned sixteen (I’m now a bit older by a decade or three) and I have never been treated with as much respect, honesty and professionalism as I was there. I felt utterly spoiled! Specifically, I’d love to recommend doing business with Brian Kleiner (Sales Manager), Maurice Smith (Sales Specialist) and Justin Davis (Business Manager). Each gave me their own unique style of assistance with patience, good manners and something I’ve found lacking in far too many dealerships: eye contact. Even after driving off the lot, I needed a few questions answered and didn’t feel at all hesitant to call because I knew I would not be treated as “some customer who bought a car”. Each of these men is highly esteemed in my book, as they made my car buying experience actually fun. Most of all, however, they deserve a gold star in the car dealing business, as well as in the Heritage AutoPark conglomerate, as they are, indeed, shining stars in the work they do.

My Review of Heritage FIAT:
After seeing the new Fiat 500 on the road here and there throughout Baltimore, I decided to stop by the Heritage Fiat dealership to give it a closer look. My vehicle, a 2003 6 cylinder, four wheel drive pick up truck was not fuel efficient, nor a good commuter vehicle in the city, so I thought I'd look at the Fiat 500 to meet my city and highway driving needs. Maurice introduced himself to me, and immediately put me at ease with his knowledge of the car, no pressure approach, and kind demeanor. I test drove the Pop and Sport models, and decided to focus on the latter. Honestly, the deciding factor for me was that, although my vehicle was 9 years old, the dealership offered an impressive trade-in value. With the financing at 1.9%, my car payment is very affordable, and with fuel efficiency of 30-40 MPG, I'm already seeing the value of the purchase. Thank you to Maurice, Justin, and the other individuals at Heritage Fiat that made this experience so pleasant.

I purchased the Fiat 500 by Gucci and I cannot tell you how very happy I am. I ordered the car months ago and Tim at Heritage was wonderful, following up with me every time an update was available. Yesterday I picked up my new car, it is even more impressive in person. The staff at Heritage took GREAT care of me. The process was fun! When is the last time you can say that about buying a car. I want to thank everyone for their kindness and help, I am now a Heritage customer for life!

My experience with Heritage Fiat was wonderful from start to finish! As soon as I expressed an interest online, a sales specialist, Tony, contacted me right away to set up a test drive. Tony and the rest of the sales staff worked with me for a few hours until i was beyond satisfied with the Fiat Sport I was purchasing. I could tell he really cared. I can't say enough nice things about Heritage Fiat! They made my first car buying experience AMAZING! Thank you!
