My Review of Heritage Honda Parkville:
Dan was very helpful in getting us the information we wanted and needed on our new Odyessy. I love my new car. I got it on a monday. Was ask on Wednesday if i wanted to take it back. The answer was NO! The car is Great.Jim was easy to work with. Not pushy. Showed us the car and how things worked in it. It was ready when they said it would be waiting in the parking lot when we pulled it. Paper work was a short time most was already done and Back on 95 north to Pennsylvania. I would dealer with Heritage Honda again. Thanks to every one who helped get me my new car at Heritage Honda. Brenda And Steve

My Review of Heritage Honda Parkville:
It was a pleasure working with Keith Kirn when we purchased our new Honda Fit. Keith had sold us our Honda Odyssey five years ago and knew we have a CRV as well as the Odyssey. He suggested we look at the Fit, as it would round out our Honda collection with a great commuter vehicle.
He is extremely knowledgeable and easygoing. He never pressured us into any decision. He showed us options and let us decide what we wanted to do. He was very thorough in showing us everything on the car, and when we purchased it, he marked pages in the manual for our easy access should we need it.
Keith has an easy smile and a warm manner. We have now bought two cars from him and will recommend him to anyone we meet who wants to buy a car.
We love our Honda Odyssey, CRV, and Fit and we are lucky to have gotten to work with Keith Kirn. Just as he did when we bought our Odyssey, he made the car buying process easy and comfortable.

My Review of Heritage Honda Parkville:
I was stranded in Parkville on my way to New York from Frederick, MD. As I was coming up rt 95 my 2002 Civic started losing power. I pulled off and called Heritage since they were near by. Erin Lober answered the phone at about 4:30pm and gave me directions. She advised me that the service department closed at 5pm. I got there about 5pm.. I explained my predicament and she went to service manager Steve ( I didn't get his last name). Steve found Dave Ernest (tech) and Dave said he would stay and take a look at the car. In about 40 minutes the vehicle was repaired and Erin had me on my way. All three of these wonderful caring professional employees went out of there way to keep me from being stranded. I was treated like family. Thank you, Mark Woods

They saw a problem in a car we were ready to buy and found body problems in the car. They said they couldn't sell the car. However, they were willing to give us a excellent deal on a newer car. They could have sold us the car and let us worry about it.

Friendly greating no pressure very knowledgeable about the new CRV.Took there time in answering all my wife's and my questions
We had pretty much had settled on a KIA but are very happy with our new CRV. The professionalism the salesman showed us was the difference between buying the KIA as plannedand or Changing our minds to the CRV. We think we ended up with the best deal all around.

My Review of Heritage Honda Parkville:
I inquired about a 2007 Nissan Quest on January 12,1012. I called to check if it was available and was asked to come in and have a look. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by Mok,He was never pushy or clingy, he let us look at the vehicle and ask questions.I returned later that day to hold it for me and I was so excited to finalize the sale on January 13,2012. Seth the financial consult was very pleasant and easy to deal with.He and Mok worked very hard to get us this vehicle that we so badly wanted.Heritage Honda has a pleasant,friendly,family feel,I have never felt this comfortable in a dealership before, usually you feel like you are being watched or followed at other places,but this was never the case at Heritage.I would definitely buy another vehicle from Parkville Heritage Honda.It was such a great experience , thanks so much to Mok and Seth for such a great experience buying this Van!! Woohhooo so happy.

My Review of Heritage Honda Parkville:
Entering any dealership, the first thing you think of is a pushy, smug, arrogant and overly aggressive salesman. This was not the case at Heritage. On Sunday, January 8, 2012, I visitied their lot. On the lot was a sleek, preppy, economical and intelligent 2008 Honda Accord 2DR Coupe. Metalic in color and gorgeous on the inside. I instantly fell in love. This car, like my 1993 Accord SE Coupe, spoke to me. It said, "Visit this dealership again, and I will be yours!"
Thus, on Monday night, January 9, 2012, I called Heritage and was connected to Meylin. She asked me what I was looking for in car, what type of payment I can afford and give her a day to work it our for me. On Tuesday, January 10, 2012, Meylin called me and suggested that I return to Heritage. True to her word, I got the car that I wanted at the monthly rate I could afford and a warranty!!! Not to mention a decent finance rate especially with the type of credit I posess. Gosh, I never thought that this could happen. I went to Nationwide Nissan. Bad move! Nationwide would not look into assisting me the way Meylin of Heritage Honda did. Thank you Meylin and thank you Heritage for having a dealership that respects the needs of the customer.
