My Review of Heritage Volkswagen Owings Mills:
I was on my way to NJ from southwest Virginia, when my VW Passat had engine failure (on a Friday at 6 pm). They helped me have my car towed to them, took us to a nearby hotel and picked us up the next morning. Unfortunately my car had major problems and we decided not to fix it. Doc spent the day showing up cars, Dave was very pleasant to deal with as was Jack, the finance person. We bought a car from them and highly recommend them. They made what was a very difficult situation much easier and pleasant experience for us.

Bill was very easy to work with, very patient and explained everything I needed to know while I was buying my car. After driving the car home and then back out again, I noticed there was a chip in the windshield. Bill took care of it no questions asked.

If you want a quality car, at a good price, without a lot of hassle, go to Heritage and work with Bill Harris in sales and Rick Adams in service. They will keep you movin' and groovin'!

My Review of Heritage Volkswagen Owings Mills:
I had searched the internet prior to making a visit to the dealership in hopes to find a good deal on a Volkswagon Jetta. I have to say I was reluctant at first to enter the dealership that Friday evening not knowing what type of sales person I would have but then I met 'Doc'. 'Doc' brought my concerns to ease and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I walked out of there a new owner of a 2012 VW Jetta. I recommend this Dealership to anyone and will come back in the future.

My Review of Heritage Volkswagen Owings Mills:
From the beginning of my car shopping Heritage Volkswagen in Owings Mills was the best. When shopping online comparing prices between different Volkswagen dealerships like Antwerpen, O'Donnell and Heritage this location offered the best deal with the internet savings. When I actually walked into the dealership Anthony was not there because he went an hour out of his way to go pick up the specific car I wanted, which shows me his determination to meet all of my expectations in customer service. Also, while I was waiting another salesperson offered me to test drive the car I wanted and even though I was not satisfied with the car that I thought I wanted, I found the perfect one sitting on the lot just waiting for me to test drive. And guess what I fell in love. Even though this particular model was outside of my price range Anthony offered other options that would meet my expectations and were affordable. I appreciate the full disclosure, the patience, and quality of service I received at The Heritage Volkswagen Dealership in Owings Mills.

Mr. Bill Harris was very friendly and informative, He really assisted me in a very professional manner and was instrumental in seeing that I received the best deal possible. I was not familiar with the process for turning in or keeping a leased vehicle and he was very helpful in giving me that information. The entire process of getting into my new car was outstanding.

Our experience with Heritage was very good. We went to Heritage to look at a preowned VW certified vehicle that we had seen on line. The vehicle was competitively priced compared to similar cars that we had seen on line and had been accurately represented on the website. We purchased the car and were able to take it home that afternoon.

My Review of Heritage Volkswagen Owings Mills:
First of all, this is was not my first time at this dealership. However, after four years, and a different salesperson, I can honestly say that this dealer is great. They not only have a large selection of cars, but they also take the time to explain the cars and their differences and features. Sometimes car buying can be draining, but Heritage makes it exciting. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for just straight forward car shopping/buying.
