My Review of Heuberger Subaru%2C Volkswagen:
a little background: this is the third time we have had our 1996 outback in for repairs, over a three year period. we drive about 200 miles round trip to use your dealership. this time we brought the outback in because we could detect smoke and a "hot" smell coming from the engine compartment. this is a BAD thing. anyway, the mechanic determined that the smell was caused be a layer of asphalt coating the catalic converter. and yes there is road work being done on the road to spanish peaks hospital, where my wife works. he also found a leaky seal that WOULD HAVE BEEN a problem later if not corrected. BOTTOM LINE. we were charged about $75.00, thats right seventy five dollars, when we were expecting a bill in the $500.00 range. AND the repairs were done SAME DAY!!!! my wife said its "nice to be treated like a princess". when time comes to replace the outback, where is the first dealership we are going to visit?

thanks to steve, the service rep and john the mechanic. both did us right.

THANK YOU

john e. barnhouse
