My Review of Hiley Volkswagen:
Ken Erwin was very professional and he was determined to do whatever it took to insure that my husband and I were completely satisfied with every aspect of our car buying experience at Hiley. He even stayed super late to make sure that we were informed in every aspect of my new Beetle. He was extremely patient with us.
This VW Beetle purchase was my 3rd time to purchase a VW Beetle. I have bought from 2 other metroplex VW dealers, and I will definitely return to Hiley for all of my future VW purchases. The whole team was great. Ernesto did our financing and he was very helpful and pleasant as well.
Five star experience for sure. We will definitely recommend Ken and Hiley VW to everyone we know.

Our overall exprience was great ! Started looking on line and was amazed how quickly ken messaged me i told ken i was interested in the vw cc and he emailed me info on the two i asked about within about ten minutes when my husband and i went to the dealership Nas was in the lot asking to help us instantly we went for a test drive and the rest is history :-) we were in and out of the dealership under 3 hours such a great experience i love my new cc thanks guys Suzanne Stoneburner

My Review of Hiley Volkswagen:
I was pretty set on the type of car that I wanted and Ken Erwin was not pushy in showing me something else or up-selling us to the higher options. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the various features and was very patient while addressing all of our questions and concerns. He and Harlan Ricks were willing to walk my husband and I through the entire selling process at the pace that we were comfortable with and did not show any signs of trying to rush us out to get to the next customer. Ken seemed to truly care that we felt confident in our ...new Jetta TDI to replace our 2010 Ford Edge. I really do appreciate Ken's friendly customer service, constant communication, honesty, and professionalism. I intend to send other Southwest Airlines employees your way!

If you are looking for an honest, down to earth, no pressure kind of car buying experience I recommend Andy Johnson at Hiley VW of Arlington. I have always been a V-dub on the inside, <3, and I think that Andy enjoys the car as much as I do. It literally took us 3 hours to get everything done! We were in and out. Even though it was hard to loose our family member, Sunny Bug... we got a new addition! This was an amazing car buying experience! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an intensely positive experience! He talked to us like friends and told us his honest opinion! Love it! Love VW! Love Andy! <3 Yay!

This is the 3rd car we have bought from a Hiley dealership. Cody Wiggins & the entire Hiley team are very professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and customer oriented without any pressure or hassle. Due to some extenuating circumstances, Cody was very patient and understanding of our situation and was willing to wait to finalize the sale on our time frame. Based upon all of our past Hiley experiences, we will continue to be Hiley customers and recommend them to friends who are in the market for a new or used car.

My Review of Hiley Volkswagen:
Volkswagon Hiley is an aweomse dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Ken Erwin to find a vehicle that was safe, gas-friendly, and affordable. Ken was awesome during the whole process. He was honest, thorough, and pleasant to shop with. Most dealerships are pushy without thought to the customer's thoughts, concerns, etc. Volkswagon Hiley was not like that at all. They presented all options they had and truly found a deal that worked within my very limited budget. Ken and the Hiley VW team ended up getting me into a 2012 VW Jetta that had many more features than I bargained for. IT WAS AWESOME. I really do appreciate Ken's friendly customer service, constant communication, honesty, and professionalism. Also, not to mention, he kept a stash of gummy fruits which kept my little two year old entertained while Ken ascertained any and all my questions, concerns, thoughts, etc. I love my VW Jetta even better than my Honda Civic I was driving! It is an awesome vehicle that drives smoothly and I know my family and I are safe. I want to thank Ken and the staff at Hiley for treating me with respect, being patient with me, and getting me into a vehicle that truly fit all of my needs without skipping on budget or safety. I will come back for another car when the time is right. Thank you Hiley VW and Ken Erwin for the fantastic experience.

My Review of Hiley Volkswagen:
Ken and Matt were both great to work with. They were honest and upfront about the whole process. I would recommend working with these two directly over any of the other sales staff we worked with. We did our homework on what we were wanting to buy and talked with two other dealerships, and Hiley was able to take care of us and earn our business. The service department staff, notably Shane, has also been a great experience for us.
