My Review of Hillcrest Ford-Lincoln Mercury:
I and my family traveled from Mobile, AL to Huntsville to attend my nephew's wedding. Enroute there we had trouble with the window on the car. I saw the dealership when we were searching for another location and decided to stop and inquire about the car and get direction for the other place. When we walk in to the service department it was very apparent that the employees main purpose was to find out "What can I do to help you solve your problem." It was late evening so the repairs to the car could not be made until the next day. They provided us with transportation to used so that we could attend all of the functions for that evening and the necessary direction we asked about.<br> This was the best experience with a car service department ever. I would like to thank you for making a trip that was made for happiness be just that. I have never been in a town like Huntsville, Tx in which all the business we visited the employees were so friendly.<br> Thank you so very much for a "Trip To Remember " and God Bless you all.
