I had my 2007 BMW M6 through a large repair (new clutch, new transmission, and other things.) Everything was done in a perfect timely manner, and beyond what was expected for both service/repair that I have new transmission, and other things.) I have previously owned both a 760LI and a 650I convertible, when the dealership was under other ownership. It was a completely different experience to come back this time after new owner has taken over the dealership. Friendlyness of service rep (Dan Ward) and all the explanation of the Master technician/mechanic (I believe his name was Bill) was one of the best car expieriences I have ever had. I have only had the car for 1 month, and the tech even took me out for a "run" and showed me some "tricks" with the very complicated transmission (SNG) that the BMW M6 is equipped with. As a car guy, I own 3-5 cars at all times, mostly high end, ($100.000-250.000) it was just better than the rest out there. From the time I had my car towed in till I picked it up a week prior than promised, everything can only be described as extraordinary service. Thank you and VERY higly recommended. More

Our entire experience was fabulous! When I tried to place my order for a 2013 M5, two different BMW sales advisors in Atlanta told me that, in order to have certain options I wanted on my car, I'd have to order those options as a part different BMW sales advisors in Atlanta told me that, in order to have certain options I wanted on my car, I'd have to order those options as a part of a "package." The packages contained some features that I didn't want to have on my car, but both advisors told me that ordering from the packages was the only way I could get the features I wanted on my car because it was BMW NA policy to order options as part of a package--I'd just have to accept the undesired features with the features I wanted. I was not going to order the car at all and was considering buying a car from a different manufacturer after having driven BMWs since 1980 (my last two having been M5s). A friend who works for BMW suggested that I call Hilton Head BMW to see if they could help me with my problem. I spoke to Tim Lawrence, and, within a week, he called to tell me that BMW would build my M5 to my specs. Problem solved! Tim was responsive, professional, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire purchasing process was seamless and painless, even pleasant. I wouldn't consider buying a car from anyone else. More

It was the most pleasant and quickest purchase of the car I ever had. I found a car I was looking for and contacted with them by email since I was out of country. I got my respond very fast . I was also able to get REAL deal with the price. They hold a car for me until I came back to the country and I headed directly to Hilton Head to pick up the car. All my asks were satisfied. honestly, I was surprised and expected some surprises upon arrival - but nothing happened. I was met at the airport (with an awesome BMW) and brought to the dealership. Everything went GREAT!!! In 2 minutes I was test driving my Mustang with Kevin. And in hour I became its owner!!!! Kevin did as a real professional and the sales guy who really CARES about you (not just making that view - which is really important these days). I felt treated as a VIP! My best recommendations and honest appreciation to Kevin. I even feel sorry they mostly sell BMWs and not Porsches that i am looking for now to replace my current Porsche. But Hilton Head BMW would be the first place I will search it there. More
