Used the internet to find the Ford Flex we purchased. Allen Oxley was the salesperson we meet with.Very open and friendly person. Before we took the car for a ride he pointed out any flaws that he knew about the car. After our drive we noticed that the back brakes were a little hot by the smell. Allen promised that would be taken care of. He then explained the features that are on the Flex. We feel we made a great deal on the used car.He called us before we went back to pick up the car and let us know that their service department had taken care of the caliper that was causing the break smell. Even though it is a little drive from Lansing, we will recommend Hines Ford and Allen to anyone looking for a vechicle.

Just bought my 2013 Ford Focus ST from Janet Kramb up at Hines Park Ford, and it was by far the best dealer experience that I have ever had. I have been to some dealerships where the business was good, no complaints for them. And I have been to some dealerships that were just terrible trying to pressure me into a sale, and trying to only move their stock in disregard to what I wanted. Janet at Hines Park Ford was nothing like that, she worked with me to order me the car of my dreams! It was the first brand new car I ever bought so I was not sure of everything that I would have to do or how the process exactly worked and she was there the entire time to help me through it. After I signed the car I was in a hurry and had to rush out, but she invited me to come back to get a walk through on the features of it. I thought I had figured just about everything out by the next day, but I came back anyways just to see if there was something I missed. Boy am I glad I did that, she spent about a half hour to a whole hour walking me through every feature of the car and the MyFord Touch system that it came with! But it didn't even stop there, I noticed a scratch on one of the trim pieces that happened during the building of the car, she made sure that the service department took a picture and ordered the new part before I even signed for the car! I can not believe the excellent level of service that she gave me. I am for sure a customer for life with Janet, she was by far the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Al was extremely helpful in locating a 2013 Ford Explorer for me. Al made the buying experience for me very easy, I told him the vehicle and options that I was looking for and it took a little while to locate one but he kept in contact with me the whole time. Al is a very friendly and personable professional salesman. Al made me feel as though he was helping me buy it and not selling it to me. A great environment, a great experiance & a great staff.
I have rated the dealership and my experiance there quite high, with all sincerety.
Rick Hawk was my salesman and did an excelent job finding an Explorer with the right option packages, the right color and at the right price.
Both Mr. Hawk and the technical support person took the time to show me and my wife how to use all the features included on the vehical and then focused specifically on the 'Ford My Touch' system. I am impressed.
For anyone in the market for a new ride, give Hines Park Ford a try.

I had been searching for the perfect used car to trade my 2010 VW beetle in for a lower payment. I started the search about 6 months ago. It was nothing but bad news and bad service at every dealership i went to. It was very discouraging and upsetting. At one dealership i was told the only way i can get out of my beetle and lower my payment was to get a new car. I knew that was not true at all. So back online i went to look at other dealerships. I was online and seen a 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport for a decent price at Hines Park Ford. I inquired about it and was called the next day. When i came in I had the pleasure of working with Mike Tesauro. He was very helpful, understanding and very patient. He worked very hard to help me get the Jeep. When i came to pick it up, i was a little reluctant to give up my beetle. He saw i was upset and was very kind about it. He let me look over the Jeep one last time before i made my final decision. He did not pressure me into taking the Jeep or keeping my current car. Mike answered every question i had without hesitation or needing to go ask someone else. I will definitely be recommending Mike and Hines Park Ford to all of my family and friends. Hines Park Ford is very lucky to have him.

Rick did an awesome job answering all of my questions from the beginning. He followed up multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the information he gave me and asked if there was any need for clarification. Rick was very thorough when it came to getting information from me as well. He made sure that I received every discount I could possibly qualify for. He was extremely helpful upon delivery of my new vehicle and made sure that I completely understood how all of my new car's features worked. I would and will recommend buying cars from Rick Hawk at Hines Park Ford to everyone I know!

I bought my vehicle 2 years ago from Allen Oxley and Allen's service after the sale is outstanding. He is always willing to accomodate me if I should need anything from the dealership. I have never experienced this type of service from Allen and Hines Park Ford from any dealership.
