My Review of Hixson Hopkins Autoplex:
Have been trying to get a refund for my cancelled extended warranty for 9 months - received the incorrect amount after 7 months - still have not received the balance. Contacted ESP headquarters for help. Cannot get anyone to return calls at the dealership. Will never buy another Ford from Hixson!!! And will not recommend them to anyone.

My Review of Hixson Hopkins Autoplex:
I was in the car shoping mood and decided to call to see if I even qualified to get a new or used car, I gave all the info needed and the man said that I did qualify and that I needed to bring my trade in. Well I drove on the lot and after 30 minutes of looking did only 1 sales person come out. I told him that I had called and he told me that if I wanted a new vehicle I need to look for a cheaper car. So I took that as he did not want to do business with me. Thats ok I went down the road and found a car that I wanted BRAND NEW......... THANKS HOPKINS I GOT A NEW CAR ANYWAY!!!!
