My Review of Hoak Motors Inc:
Very poor service. Unable to locate vehicle problems even after multiple visits. Even after making service appointment two weeks in advance and having vehicle at shop at 0800, at 1500 still had not even looked at vehicle making it necessary to bring vehicle in for second appointment. Damaged vehicle during service requiring another appointment to fix this damage. Very reluctant to provide loaner car even though Cadillac warranty provides this service. Had Email dealership owner with concerns...they didn't even bother to respond. Recommend you buy and have your car serviced elsewhere!
