Entering a car dealership often can be an unpleasant experience, not at Holdiman motors. I was greeted amicably and without pressure. The whole team treated me like a friend, wanting to get all of my needs met. The purchase was easy and I am very happy with the used pickup I am now driving!

My Review of Holdiman Motor Inc:
The spectacular service we received from Holdiman Motors started long before our recent purachse in August of 2008. We began inquiring about a certain vehicle we were interested in last Spring, knowing we would be ready to purachse late summer or early fall. Throughout the summer, Tom sent notices and updates on the vehicle make letting us know he valued us as a customer and that he was looking out for us. Then, when it came time that we were needing to make a purchase, he got specific details from us and had those Jeeps ready and waiting for us by the front door to take for test drives. he even rode along with us to point out features during the drive. He stayed quite late into the evening even though it was a Friday night to let us test drive our options. By the next day, we were ready to make our purchase and felt confident in our decision because he had helped point out comparing factors of what we were considering.

Following the purchase, both Tom and Al Wilson, who our family has dealt with before and have grown to consider him a family friend, continued with top-notch service. They always make themselves availabe when we call and have called us frequently to ensure we are happy with our vehicle.

Because of the friendliness (they never make you feel as though you are a bother) we have encountered, the high level of service and fairness in price, we will certainly be making our future transportation purchases at Holdiman Motors. And, let me just add that I LOVE MY JEEP LIBERTY!!!! I'm thankful Tom suggested it!

If was an enjoyable experience as we needed a vehicle for our kids halfway across the country. We were give 3 great options to choose from. They took care of all the details to have it delivered and licensed in another state including going with the kids to the DMV to work out all the details. That made it real easy as the registration and license and delivery was all included. Their service is professional and complete.

My Review of Holdiman Motor Inc:
After buying 2 used Volvo cars for myself and one 90s Grand Am for my daughter, my wife and I purchased a new Jeep (end of year deal on 07 Patriot). So far everything has been great and one old Volvo is still in the fleet. Jeep was right sized unit and priced to get our attention after test-driving many late-model used mini vans. The Holdiman staff also helped on a used Cavalier deal for ailing sister-in-law. She took her first road trip this weekend in almost 4 years and felt secure in her newer 4 door Chevy.

extended service contract with no deductable. i have used it 2 times in the first year!! i am very happy with my jeep especially with the winter
we had in waterloo last year. the service department is excellent. i deal with steve swinton and he is excellent. overall holdiman motor has
provided my wife and me with an excellent vehicle and super service after the sale.

I bought my first car from this company I was happy with the sales team but after I got the car off the lot it had to be brought back in for many repairs. Which they fixed at no charge. The service manager was very rude. I heard him say "you have to bee kidding me" to another sales when i returned because they had not properly put my door back together. I will never return my service to this dealership again!

My Review of Holdiman Motor Inc:
Don't trust the dealership. I guess that's typical advice.

Came from out of town and did not get the used vehicle inspected by another mechanic. The car looked good and had a major systems warranty. I was told that they had "checked it out" and there were no problems. Based on that statement, I accepted their word and took the car. Check engine light came on, brought it to the local dealer - needed $1k worth of work. The local dealer stated that the problems were obvious and had to have been found.

Basically I trusted a used car salesman........... Pretty sure you're not supposed to do that. Doh!!

Ironically, the whole reason I bought a used car from a big dealership was to avoid this type of issue.

Would not recommend the dealership. I guess if you buy a new car and get the best price around that's OK but I certainly would not purchase a used car from these guys.

They keep the stereotype of the used car dealer alive..

Best Jeep service center I have ever used! Friendly people, accommidating services like their free shuttle, and great mechanics like Ryan working on your vehicle make this a great place to do business! <br><br>I have not purchased a vehicle here, but have looked a couple times. The sales team was again comprised of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever met in the Jeep world. They offer very generous trade values, as well as great asking prices on new and used vehicles.<br><br>Parts department is friendly, and helps you find the parts you need in a professional manner!<br><br>
