I attempted to talk to the dealer and they said the deal was a done deal but they did try to work something out for me, a new deal. Raither than putting me in something I wanted for the sticker price difference they attempted to hide numbers and put me in something that was $1000 sticker difference for a $3000 difference which of course included their dealer fee. I felt they should have tried a little harder to make me happy but raither they attempted to make an additional $2000 or more off this one sale. I rejected their offer thank God. I also discovered that gap insurance was on my purchase agreement. I was not notified. I admist I signed it but it should have been disclosed that was part of the price. This is not abnormal however I was very dissappointed in the deceptiveness. I am usually more alert to everything but I was in a vulnerable state. This dealer also agreed to give me a cash back amount of $6500 which was the equity/maximium amount I could finance minus what their sticker price was. That was nice but it shows they are willing to pull one over on the finance company, so they have no reguard for a customer. Was this review helpful to you?
