My Review of Holmes Honda:
We recently visited this place. It was little late I would say 7:00PM. Dealership is open till 8:00.Our sales person was not very much interested. He just showed 2 cars and we could not even drive those on interstate. He asked us to drive them on city road. Later when we asked about price, he mentioned there is no negotiation in Price. I was surpirsed to hear that. Holmes Honda car prices are anyway always overpriced.I have visited their Hyundai showroom as well. Those guyes were ready fro price negotiation. I ahev never seen any sales person sayign that they can not work on price. I don't know if I could get anotehr sales person or do I have to always deal with this guy.
I am disappointed.

My Review of Holmes Honda:
I would like to pass on to you how pleased were with the quality of service given to us by Brad Ewing from Holmes Honda. We purchased our new Honda Civic Sedan last night and the two main reasons we purchased from Holmes was the quality of the Honda line and the excellent service provided by Brad Ewing our salesperson. On our initial visit to the dealership which lasted about 2-3 hours Brad was informative, patient and easy going. The way he treated us you would of thought we were his only customer - we were not rushed at all. During the negotiation stage once again he was a class act who did not resort to pressure tactics, etc... but was professional, timely with his replies and pleasant all the way. We feel lucky to have had Brad as our salesperson. In the future if any of my friends, coworkers and/or relatives are interested in a Honda I will definitely steer them towards Holmes Honda.

My Review of Holmes Honda:
These Guys are AWESOME!
Scott was very polite he listened to what we wanted, was looking for and was on target with our needs. He was not pushy and did not try to stear us to something we did not want. He had answers to all our questions, while being patient. We bought a 2008 Pilot, he did not miss a beat when showing us the benefits of our new vehicle before and after we bought it. We will most definately seek Scott out for our next purchase.

Matt S. is the floor manager, he was right on the job hooking us up with Scott, fairly assessing our trade in and very hospitable.

Greg in finance was great. Did a great job explaining all the terms of our financing, answered all questions while being personable.

All three of these guys are the best we have dealt with. We have done business with Holmes Automotive in the past and will continue. It is the only plce in town to go.

My Review of Holmes Honda:
I postponed this purchase as long as I could, dreading the usual high pressure, got to dicker til you're blue in the face used car salesman. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Holmes Honda. Scott Davis was very helpful, went way out of his way to inform us regarding differences in price and options, he was incredibly helpful. Two weeks prior, I drove around the Honda lot in Ames, IA, twice, and was completely ignored, even though my daughter and I were in and out of the car, looking in windows and reviewing sales tags. I would recommend a trip to Holmes Honda anytime you are considering a purchase. They're friendly, informative and absolutely NO PRESSURE! I'll buy here again and send all my friends and relatives here. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. What an awesome organization!
