Pat LeClair leads and manages a meticulously exceptional service center driven with his deep care for customers, and his competence that is reflected in the way his staff do the work. I travel a long distance to service my car at Honda of Westport Service Center (although another one is located around the corner) and specifically wait for Henry Mangiacapra, a highly accomplished Service Advisor to guide the work that is needed for my car. When I decided to buy a Pilot with low mileage I was led to Ted Cole at the Honda of Westport Dealership. I was NOT disappointed! I was not in a hurry to buy a car, but I was so impressed with Ted’s honesty, integrity and care in finding me the car I wanted that we decided on the day we met Ted to buy the car! Ted is not only an expert in the business but what makes him exceptional in the business is that he cares about the buyer’s needs MORE than making a sale!!
