I worked with Dave April, Sales Representative for Honda Barn. Dave from the beginning was was very professional, patient and helpful. Dave is competent in his knowledge of cars, and had no problem answering detailed questions. I had shopped around quite a bit and found Dave much easier to work with all around. Thanks Dave! Eric Swindell did a nice job in the finance office getting me a lower interest rate than my Bank I have done most of my business with for 15 years. Additionally, he had all the paperwork prepared effeciently allowing me to spend time with my family in the waiting area rather than sitting in his office for 30-45 minutes like my last car buying experience at another dealer. Overall, Honda Barn has excellent customer service.

Was pleased with the details provided to me prior to any work being done. I look forward to my next oil change visit. My car being washed was a perk for a customer.

I appreciated that they told me about some problems during a routine servicing. It will save me heartache on the road I am sure. They were able to fix up everything in a day, even though it took a lot of extra time.
