This was my first time buying a new car and it was a great experience. The salesman that helped me with buying car was very patient and helped me get a car that was financially good for me and also the car that I wanted so that was great to.

As soon as I walked I was greeted and welcomed. As a first time new car buyer they were very patient and every step of the process was carefully explained to me. My experience overall was easy stress free and fun no pushy salesman here. I'm very happy with my new Honda.

My Review of Honda City Chicago:
I found a vehicle online that I was very interested in purchasing from out of state. After requesting a service history, the dealership sent me a report indicating that there was a problem with the electrical system. We inquired further and was told that the car was in perfect running order and there was not a problem with the electrical system. After asking more questions, another sales associate indicated that the check engine light was on which is what initiated the diagnostic. This is contrary to what we were told by the first person.

We requested permission to speak with the company that performed the original diagnostic on the system and stated that the condition "Requires Immediate Attention." We were told we would be given this information by the end of the day or first thing the next morning.

I sent an email to our primary contact indicating that we had been lied to about the car but were still interested and had not yet received the additional information we ware promised. An hour later, after not hearing back from our primary contact, I called and was told they had sold the car.

I spent a substantial amount of time trying to sort through the assortment of miss information we were told, tried multiple times and multiple ways to close the deal and they sold the car without giving me the courtesy of a phone call. This entire process took place over less than 48 hours.

They demonstrated a shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism and at least one of them lied about the condition of the vehicle.

very unprofessional how this company offers a quote for a car they promised me they had in stock and after driving for an hour exhausted after work to the location they did not have it. now I just wanted to add that we were ready to purchase with a preapproved loan including a trade off and a high down payment. I would hope they record their calls as I did get in contact with Christie who assured me the dealer had the car I was looking for in stock. I had to waste 3 hours of my day that I could have speeded with my family for this complete lie.

Overall - service was very bad - I was ignored for about 20 minutes, before a salesman finally came to me. I was ready tpo purchase a auto but the auto I wanted was gone, furthermore the did not have a model i could look at. This was a HONDA dealership yet they had no Honda Fit for me to view.

My Review of Honda City Chicago:
We were looking for a new 2012 Honda CR-V all over Chicago land, and the absolute best price was with this one. When we found a better price, they beat it! They also matched our banks interest so we financed right there with them. We are very pleased with the over all experience and happy to be enjoying our new car! Even though they didn't want to sell us the car for the price ( it was a steal!) they did, and did it with a smile. Recommend to family and friends

My Review of Honda City Chicago:
Went in without the intention of buying a car. But Jorge showed us a vehicle that was exactly what we needed and said they'd do whatever they could to make it work financially for us. We then spoke with Joe, their finance person, who was incredibly professional and helped us get our payments to where they needed to be for us to be comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience. Both men knew their job very well and left us feeling good about our choice. We would highly recommend this dealership.

This person answered all questions that I had. This was my 4th CR-V and they did not have the color I wanted and by the next day I got a call it was there. The most important thing about this person was he was not pushey, you made the decision to buy.
I sent my friend Theresa K. to him and she also baught a new car. He is a good sales person.
