My Review Of Honda Superstore of Lisle:

We have purchased two vehicles from Zahid Ali and have had a pleasant experience in both cases. Zahid provided us with excellant customer service. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and courteous; he is not pushy or fake in any way. He will take great care of you no matter which car you are choosing. We've purchased a Honda Civic and an Odyssey from Zahid and are grateful for his excellant service. In both cases he was willing to work with us on price and negotiate fairly, without resorting to the "I need to clear this with my manager tactic." We plan to recommend Zahid to all our family and friends or anyone interested in purchasing a Honda vehicle.

My Review Of Honda Superstore of Lisle:

After purchasing 9 Honda autos over a 20 year span, must say this latest purchase was one of the best experiences I have had. Our sales person, Robin Bresley, a 19 year veteran at this dealership, was very knowledgeable about all their products, was courteous, respectful, no outward pressure to buy, but was very convincing about Honda quality and lease advantages. Was a great listener, and picked the car for me, before I gave that particular Civic model a thought. She knew what I wanted before I did.

I think they should have her train other dales people on how to handle people and how to handle a sale .... I will surely go back to Honda of Lisle for any future car purchases, and will always ask for Robin. Thanks Honda for another good deal on a great car - the 2013 Civic.

My Review Of Honda Superstore of Lisle:

My husband and I were very pleased with our car buying experience at Honda of Lisle. We did our research ahead of time so we knew what price to expect to purchase our new Honda Pilot for. Additionally, we wanted a lease, so I researched all Honda lease promotions as well as Honda dealership promotions. I was able to negotiate the price and terms of the lease via email, prior to stepping into the dealership. After we test drove the car, we decided to move forward with the purchase. I appreciated that the dealership stood by the negotiation made via email and did not try to sell me additional features, it was a very low pressure situation. Mike was very helpful and thorough in explaining all of the features of the Pilot and assisting us in personalizing the vehicle. He also assisted us in completing the transaction rather quickly - we were out within two hours! Overall, we are very satisfied with both Mike Dalpino and the Honda of Lisle dealership and would recommend them highly.

My Review Of Honda Superstore of Lisle:

Mike Harvey did a great job.
Would and have recommended him to other friends.
I was vascillating between a couple of different manufacturers and Mike gave me the opportunity to do that without pressuring me.
When I finally made my decision he was ready to help and did so expedicously.
I had 1 little bump in the finance office, but after I directed their attention to my concern it was taken care of imediately.
I am a repeat customer for Honda of Lisle and would happily return again.

My Review Of Honda Superstore of Lisle:

In the past as a single female I have always been intimidated going into the showroom. The sales people hound you like a dog and there is pressure, pressure, pressure to buy And oh yeah we can pull one over on her...she's just a female.

That wasn't my experience at Honda of Lisle. Orlando greeted me soon after I entered the showroom, asked how he could help me and then proceeded to actually "listen" to what I was saying. He asked appropriate questions, made intelligent suggestions and let me steer the conversation. At no point did I feel he was talking down to me or because I was "just looking" I was wasting his time. I was still sitting on the fence about buying, I had two other cars I wanted to check out. But it was BECAUSE of how Orlando dealt with me I thought there is not point in looking further.

I was impressed with Orlando and all the folks who assisted me in the purchase of my new vehicle at Honda of Lisle. Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one.

My Review Of Honda Superstore of Lisle:

I had the pleasure of speaking with Henrietta on Monday of this week. I told her I was shopping for a CR-V and she was extremely informative in describing your inventory of colors, ordering procedures, and set up an appointment with the assurance that your store could meet my requirements. She put a positive face on your dealership that I failed to receive when calling one of your competitors.

On the following day we met with Eric who, to our good fortune, assigned Mike D to work with my wife and me on our quest for a red 2013 CR-V EX-L. Mike demonstrated the vehicle in the showroom, took us on a test drive, showed us another color we had expressed interest in and demonstrated his confidence in the Honda brand and the Lisle dealership.

I have purchased a number of new cars over the years but Mike's professionalism and transparency throughout the negotiation process was much appreciated. After the sale, he spent plenty of time with every aspect of the car, from the instruction manuals to a hands-on approach in the vehicle to making our cell phone numbers compatible with the blue-tooth feature.

I will certainly recommend Mike and Honda of Lisle to my friends.
