Lauren is an exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient sales representative. I have no reservations in recommending her if you're looking for a new Honda. Overall the entire sales process was relatively quick, yet thorough. Both Lauren and Steve did a good job of answering questions and prompting me to ask any additional questions I might have.

Car I purchased was fine and in good shape. The dealership was fine and enjoyed the purchase. The only thing i can say was disturbing was the key to the car. I called a local car dealer(Honda) to find to my surprise that the key that came with my car is what is called a Valet key. I didn't know the Acord i Bought had the keyless entry feature. I also found out that to buy this key and program it will be $115.00. I have yet to hear back from the Dealership I bought the car from about their price. Rate my total EXP: 4.4

George did a good job of finding out what I was interested in looking at and was good about helping when I changed my mind. He worked hard to meet a price that I could accept and that was much appreciated.

This was my first time buying a car on my own. My previous car was a honda so I really wanted to get another honda, but I had an open mind. I first met Lonnie McGraw who showed me the different models and their features. I felt like the Honda CR-V was the car for me and he gave me an economical estimate. I also worked a lot with Alberto Tejado getting the actual contract done. He was so helpful and kind in explaining everything. Also, when the deal was done I changed my mind about something and he didn't seem frustrated at all when things needed to be changed. I highly recommend going to Honda of Columbia.

Lauren Carnprobst, my sales representative, was very knowledgeable about not only her product, but about taking care of her clients. I strongly recommend that anyone who is considering a Honda automobile contact Lauren. She really does take the time to work with and help her clients determine their automotive needs.

My experience with Honda of Columbia was excellent compared to other dealerships (Honda or otherwise) as Braulio clearly demonstrated thorough knowledge of the Accord I purchased as well as patience over the weeks I spent with him. He promptly answered questions I had for him whether I called or emailed him. Other dealers and their salespersons either didn't know, didn't care, or only wanted to close a deal regardless of where I was in my buying process. In addition, they were able to give me what I think was a good price and a good interest rate. When I have to make another car purchase I will definitely spend time with BA and Honda of Columbia.

I stopped by the dealership after picking my children up from school with a gut feeling that I was going to find a new car to purchase and I did!

I was greeted by Jorge and told him what features I wanted in a new Pilot. I was also upfront with him and discussed that I really didn't need a new car and in fact, the entire process of buying a car usually stressed me out and ultimately I would not buy if I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I explained to him that I wasn't going to haggle with the price. I was trading in a 2008 Pilot for a 2013 and I had an idea of what the trade-in value of the car should be. I asked him to please tell his sales manager what I said before we started talking numbers.

Jorge came through for me and my family. He was very patient with my children while we test drove cars. I am just the type of person who will not buy a car from a salesperson that I do not like or trust. Honda Cars of Columbia is very fortunate to have Jorge as a salesman. Of course, that is my opinion only. But, my family will never forget Jorge's knowledge and personable disposition. I have no hesitation in recommending Jorge Barboza as an honest, personable salesman.
