Amazing experience. Went on Memorial Day and thought I had made a mistake at 1st because the dealership was so busy. Not true at all. ABOVE and BEYOND!! We have purchased 3 Honda vehicles from Honda of Concord, and will continue doing so in the future. One of the things I have always hated, was dealing We have purchased 3 Honda vehicles from Honda of Concord, and will continue doing so in the future. One of the things I have always hated, was dealing with dealership service departments. Previous bad experiences has caused me to either learn to do a lot of maintenance on my own (good thing), or try to find an independent service center. HOWEVER, that has changed completely with all the positive experiences I've has at Honda of Concord. Now that I have my go-to service adviser, Brad Hix, I have complete confidence that my service needs will be met to my full satisfaction. Brad even went out of the way to help me locate, and actually communicated directly with, a Honda service center in another city when my daughter had an emergency situation with her Civic. Because of Brad's help, the stressful situation was dealt with quickly and beyond our expectations! This is RARE (in my opinion) for most large dealership service centers. Thank you Honda of Concord and especially Brad Hix!! More

Nice experience and no pressure Enjoyable experience Joy Spencer was very helpful and curtious. She had the car waiting for me to test drive when I arrived so I didn't have to wait.
