I called asking about a car I saw on-line. I scheduled an appointment for that evening, and drove off the lot with a better car than what I originally looked at. They are not pushy, and help to fulfill your needs, not the sales quota. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I have received so far. The lady I had originally spoken to on the phone was with another customer when I got there, but called me the next day to congratulate me on my new purchase and to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely send anyone I can to Honda of Concord.

This was our first time working with this dealership. My husband and I were very impressed with the knowledge of our salesman Larry. He never came across as being pushy. He made sure we understood all the features the vehicle had to offer. Larry was able to help us get top dollar for our trade and we were very pleased with the final pricing on our new car. I went there for an oil change and came out with a new car. They appreciated by business and rewarded me with a good deal on a 2013 Honda.
They are always professional and very efficient. The only suggestion I would have for them is to have Krispy Kreme donuts in waiting room!

These are some of the friendliest, most genuine people I have ever met and it doesn't even have to do with the buying of the car. I have bought two new cars from here in less than a year and a half. This past experience I was even more pleased with than my first purchase. Both men that I worked with were extremely helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and were interested in finding exactly what I wanted from the model to the color.
