I'm very happy with the service I receive when I bring my car in for routine maintenance. And Talon is great! He was there to take my car as soon as I pulled into the bay, went over everything that needed to car in for routine maintenance. And Talon is great! He was there to take my car as soon as I pulled into the bay, went over everything that needed to be done and gave me an estimate of the cost (which, by the way, was quite reasonable). He was also very nice. And I couldn't believe how quickly my car was ready. I told Talon that it took me longer to drive from Cullman than it did for the technicians to complete the work. Plus, I drove away with a freshly washed car. I highly recommend this service department. More

NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE NEW POLICY OF A 3 % CHARGE FOR USING YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO PAY FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION! My car is out of warranty so I will probably look elsewhere for service.
