My Review of Honda of Joliet:
I found the car I wanted on the web at Honda of Joliet and called from ~100 miles away. Ted Turrisi gave me complete and accurate information. We went and bought the car without a hitch at the dealer. You still have to steel yourself to deal with the business manager; she was pretty icy when I had financing from my credit bureau but they were fair and kept all promises about the transaction.

My Review of Honda of Joliet:
It was time for a new car and I was not looking forward to dealing with car dealers, pricing, etc. I stopped by Honda of Joliet and worked with Brent. Brent was great to work with and the pricing was, in my opinion, very fair. Within a day or two, Brent was able to work with me and get me to my price range and I left with a new 2008 Civic. I was very happy with the process and the purchase. I have not used the service department (yet) but I'm sure the service will be just as good as the sales. I would definetly recommend Honda of Joliet to family and friends.

My Review of Honda of Joliet:
Back in 2001 I bought a new Honda Odyssey. At that time they were in such demand that sticker price was the best that I could do. I wanted the van so I bought it at sticker. It arrived when promised, and was exactly what I ordered. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and our salesman did a great job.

I realize that this is 5 years ago, but I still feel that they deserve another good review.

My Review of Honda of Joliet:
This dealer used a finance bait and switch tactic. When I negotiated a deal for a 2007 Honda Element the dealer said they needed to run a background credit check on me. I explained I had already done that and had arrangements with a bank, no need, they even said it was Illinois State Law which is completely FALSE! All they wanted is for me to use Honda Finance which I simply refused.

I had a blank check from Capital One and a fax from the bank stating it was guranteed. Their finance person said we don't accept so called site drafts from banks.

I was floored! I am going to report them to the Illinois States Attorney's office for this tactic.

My Review of Honda of Joliet:
We decided on a Honda early on and did some research as to which dealership to go to. We found several dealerships around our house and through this website found out that they were death traps and had some unresolved customer issues (Better Bussiness Bureau website). The only dealership that came across as a respectable place of bussiness was Honda of Joliet.

We drove an hour each way to order the car, then to see it when it came in, and then to buy it. That alone should say something about this dealership. And I will go back there to get my car serviced. A place that makes you feel this confident about buying a car cannot do anything other than to make you feel confident that your car will be serviced properly as well.

This place was respectfull and LARRY (our salesman) treated us with the upmost respect and profesionalism. We went in there and were not forced to buy anything we didn't want. We said no to things and were not asked repeatedly or told that we needed things we did not. No was fine and we came in and left with exactly what we wanted, a new Honda LX.

LARRY is THE MAN. Not to say that other people working there are not as good, but LARRY is who you should go to. We went in there and decided that we would order a Honda LX. The car arrived when it was promised, brand spanking new with only 2 miles on it. The price was as promised (low). When we ordered my car everything was explained and we knew exactly what we were paying for. Larry was extremeley professional and patient since we had our own loan from our bank coming through and had to wait an additional week on the bank to post the check. Once we bought the car and filled out all the paperwork and we got into it he explained some major features of the car and some of the cool features. We got our plates on the spot too. It wasn't as though we signed the papers and somone pulled the car from out back and told us bye. Larry was very profesional.

I recomend Larry and Honda of Joliet to anyone looking for a car. Their prices are great and I feel very confident that I made the righ choice by buying my car from there.

The sales manager, Jason, went out of his way to show us pricing for the used car we wanted to purchase. We had a slight pricing misunderstanding but when we walked out of the managers office, we were satisfied. We were never at any point pushed into the sale. The entire experience was comfortable and painless.

After going to Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn and being completely disgusted, Honda of Joliet proved to us how purchasing a car could be an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much for being upfront and honest. That is how you get people to keep coming back and refer others. Keep it up!

We had the best car buying experience. We got a 2006 Honda Odyssey van from Honda of Joilet. The quote we got from this dealer was professional, with all the charges spelled out.
The minivan was ready for us when we went in, there was no trying to sell extra things, or pressurizing. It was a pleasure to deal with Kim, and Andrew, I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. We felt that we got a very good price and the whole buying experience was stress free.

Thank you, Josh Casey! Josh was great. He went above and beyond to get us the Odyssey that my husband and I wanted. Our credit is shakey and we drove out with a brand new Honda Odyssey...and why? Because Josh was wonderful to us. He was straighforward with us from the get-go. My husband HATES car dealers and he walked away actually enjoying our purchase instead of bashing the dealer. He was very happy with Josh as well-and that's saying a lot. We've been burned in the past with dealers but Josh is the exception. So I would highly recommend Honda of Joliet if anyone is contemplating a Honda purchase. They get "4 thumbs up" from us! Thanks again, Josh.

My Review of Honda of Joliet:
Josh Tornabeni gave me a great price over the phone with no games, no tricks, no BS. He went out of his way to make sure we were both on the same page as to color, options, extras, etc. and upon arrival at the dealership he and the car were ready for us. Everything promised was delivered and he went out of his way to make sure that my wife and I understood everything we needed to about the purchase and the car. He spent a ton of time with us showing us every feature of our new Odessey.

Very professional, respectful and honest. Great salesperson, great business manager and an unusually good car buying experience. It was worth a long drive to get there.
