My Review of Honda of Lake Norman:
Worst car buy experience ever. The salesman Jay Freeman was rude and, argumentive and made smart comments as we were walking away. They tried to give me scrap value for my trade-in. Then lied to me about the KBB value and when I showed him a copy of the KBB I had just downloaded he said "too bad" Then told me if I could find a buyer for my car to jump on it. What a jerk! If he had not had such a smart mouth and been argumentive rather than just saying " that is all we can do" it would have been fine. When we complained to the manager he just gave us a smirk. I would advise everyone to NEVER Ever do business with Honda of Lake Norman.
