I came to the service center of Honda New Rochelle to replace the rear window washer on my car. From the moment I entered the center I was impressed. I was served immediately by a polite and pleasant young man named Chris Cancel. Shortly after looking at my car he noticed that my inspection had expired yesterday. Thank goodness!! He saved my a $50 ticket!!

Michael Vigliotti provided wise supervion and stressed the importance of customer service excellence.

As a professional Sales and service trainer, I highly recommend that Chris Cancel be seriously considered a Service Distinction merit.

He has great knowledge of the car and he explained everyting to me about the 2013 Honda CR-v I leased. He made the process very smooth and painless. I came into Honda of new Rochelle with no idea of how to even begin. Joe Jacob assisted me with the purchase of my Honda Accord and I have to say I could not ask for anyone more wonderful. He is immensely knowledgeable in all aspects of Honda and purchasing a new vehicle. he answered every question I had with no hesitation at all. It's not everywhere you can find someone so helpful. I walked in today to lease a new honda. I met with Ivan, he was very friendly and accommodating. After filling out papers, I had to literally run out the door to get my daughter because she was feeling ill. I was able to come back later (at my convenience) to pick up the car. He walked me through everything and even sat with me and set up my bluetooth, showing me how to add names to my phonebook. I would highly recommend this salesman to anyone who wants a new or leased car! Thank you, Ivan!!

Mechanics were great! Customer Service help expidite service. We were told it would take about 45 minutes. We were done in approximately 25 minutes. A life saver with a 2 year old!

Mr. Ben Thomas made my car buying experience at Honda New Rochelle a Fantastic one. He was very flexible and attentive. He has outstanding Costumer service and it was a pleasure dealing with him and his company. I most certainly intend on referring him to others as well as use him again.. I was skeptical at first cause of my horrible experience in Honda on Central Ave a few years back but Mr. Thomas has restored my faith in Honda or at least the dealership he works with.. In all my years of leasing Honda cars, I never had such great service and understanding from an individual ,as Mohamed Abdel Latif had given to me. He resolved the issue at hand and I walked away with a new found respect and gratification, never experienced before. His handling of the issue at hand, impressed me to tell others of Honda's personal touch and caring for their customers. I walked away with a great sense of satisfaction, not easily acquired these days. He renewed my trust in people again.
