Wait was longer than usual I took my Fusion in for the typical oil change and servicing and to fix a recall issue. I dropped it off at 8:15am and didn't leave until 2:30pm (they I took my Fusion in for the typical oil change and servicing and to fix a recall issue. I dropped it off at 8:15am and didn't leave until 2:30pm (they said it would take 2-2.5 hours). They did offer to give me a free car wash to make up for the wait. The service was done right, but they need to work on wait times. More
