I was referred to HOOKS LINCOLN by a friend. I didn't have time to go car shopping. I spoke with Kip Hooks, and told him what car I wanted and what my budget was. I was glad to hear straight answers from him for all of my questions. He called me the next day and he found me the exact color LINCOLN Navigator I was looking for with the exact features I wanted. I gave him my info and my car arrived within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend HOOKS LINCOLN because they really made it easy for me to get a great deal with my tough schedule.

We bought our last truck from Hooks Lincoln-Mercury and have had excellent service from the dealership. Everyone is friendly and eager to work with us until we are completely satisfied when we have taken the truck in for service. In fact, they treat you like family when you have service performed! I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car or a pre-owned car. They will find you the car you want!

My 2006 MARK LT Lincoln Truck ran out of oil with no warning,period ! until it was to late.Service Manager said the truck was'nt designed that way (his words).
Even though the (check engine ) dash computer told me every day every thing is OK ! Tap the button all it every said is engine OK- temperature OK- oil pressure OK.
I should have went by the oil change sticker, (his words )you can't trust the computer ! I thought all vehicles, (dumb me !)had a mechanism like cars from the 50s-60s-70s-80s and so on had a oil light come on that said CHECK OIL, and the temperature gauge needle would show if you had low oil pressure ! NOT this 50,000 dollar SMART truck (there term ) its not designed that way.Then the computer is there for SHOW,very{ deceptive} I don't mind taking responsibility for not changing my oil when i should,but i never dreamed it would run out of oil with no warning,here in the 21st century ! Whats so hard about a oil (low) warning light,we've had it in all the older cars and trucks since the Fifties. I think HOOKS or FORD should have met me half way on the monies If i knew the computer didn't work i would have check the damn oil! P.S of course if the Dealer-ship would have told me all this up front (THEY) would not be receiving over 8,000.00 dollars would they ?
