My Review of Hoover Chrysler:
Do vehicles under warranty normally go up in flames while being parked, after being worked on at the dealership? Well they do if you are dealing with Bob Maddox Chrysler. Basically my brand new 2003 PT Cruiser was in and out of Bob Maddox Chrysler for repairs. When the car went up in flames (again while being parked) and was totalled Bob Maddox took no responsibility. Bob Maddox Chrysler, especially owner David Hoover, was disrespectful and unsympathetic. I urge you to buy elsewhere.
