My Review of House of Kia:
I went for service on a weekday morning and waited 2 hours and was never seen. Then I was told the parts were not ordered and when they come in they would call me to schedule an appointment for the repairs. I never received a call. When I called and left a message I received a call later scheduling an appt for another weekday morning. I called them and said I could not do another weekday like the other one and could I please have a saturday appt. I was told "Yes". When I arrived 30 mins. early for my saturday apptointment, I was told they only do Oil & Filter changes on Saturdays. After expressing my dislike for the situtatiohn they agreed to do my repairs...but I had to wait all day. I waited in the dealership from 9:00AM to 3:00PM and they fixed 2 out of the 3 items that needed repairs and never said a word about the item not fixed. I won't be going back to this dealership.
