My Review of Howard Cooper Import Center:
This dealer cant repair cars for nuts.. He first repaired my car at a cost of 85$, which broke down 2 miles later.. after which i got an estimate of 455$ and then 1340$ as the car broke down yet again... Dont go to him, save your buck... This has happened numerous times and i only go to him for problems I have which dont require much driving... otherwise go to melton or ralph theyer anyday...

My Review of Howard Cooper Import Center:
Seem to have no problem selling a brand new 2009 Audi A4 car and within 2 days having mechanical sun roof problems; send us to service which keeps the car for an entire day to tell us a part needs to be ordered. As of yet, 5 days later not heard anything from the dealership which we probably won't, unless we call first. Middle of summer and we can't use our sun roof.

My Review of Howard Cooper Import Center:
My favorite dealer for servicing my Volkswagens. I have been a VW owner for 25 years and have never felt more comfortable getting my cars serviced at the dealer than I do at Howard Cooper VW.

The parts and service advisors are very friendly and professional and the technicians do a great job. I live in a rural area about an hour away, and they always try their best to get my service done asap since I can't drop off the car and need to wait until it is ready. They also do a great job on both my Jetta and Passat either in or out of warranty.

Although I never look forward to mechanical issues, I do enjoy stopping by and just talking to the staff. Jason Ferrer in parts always finds the part I need even for my 15 yr. old Corrado. Derrick Federer and Phil Kaiser are both excellent service advisors that never try to push services that you don't yet need.

My Review of Howard Cooper Import Center:
Best car sales experience I ever had. The dealership located the exact car I wanted at an out of state dealer and made a trade for it prior to the purchase. When I visited them to test drive a Passat Wagon, the color and optioned car I wanted was already there and ready to buy that day. Very low key sales approach that I really appreciated.

Eric Gedeon, my salesman, was able to complete the entire sales transaction himself without any involvement from a seperate Finance Dept unlike my previous buying experiences at other places and I was driving home in my new car in just a couple hours. I have maintained a great relationship with Eric in the couple years since my purchase and will be certainly buying my next car from him. He always encourages me to check out the new Porsches and Audis (which are out of my price range) just in case I get tempted.:-)
