My Review of Huckabee Buick Cadillac GMC:
While on a trip to FL my Suburban's alternator went out. From my cell phone I called information for GM dealer in Macon. Once on the phone with service department, at 4:15pm, they directed me to their facility, called back every 5 min to make sure I was still mobile and were standing outside waiting on me (held 2 mechanics from quiting time so my service would be fast). Within the hour I was back on the road. For the next 40 or so mins I received phone calls from either a service person or sales person wanting to know if everything was going well with the repair and to let me know they were available if I needed. GREAT FOLKS!!! Will definately go to Macon for my next GM auto/truck purchase!!!<br>

My Review of Huckabee Buick Cadillac GMC:
I visited this this dealership to purchase a new Buick. I could have dealt with them on a staight purchase; however, I wanted to trade. I had shopped my vehicle with other Buick dealers and had done extensive on-line research so I had a good ball park figure what the vehicle was worth. I feel they, Mr Diletto, tried to take advantage of me while patting their dealership on the back for being honest and above board. As a result I left the dealership never to return. I have since had letter correspondence with Mr. DiLetto and again he implied I did not know how this trading game is played by referring to their bottom line price, which I had already done. Moral of the story be sure you shop your trade before dealing with any dealer especially Huckabee.<br><br>T English
